I am unhappy with Viator because they showed my account as not charged when I paid the first time and I went out and put

I am unhappy with Viator because they showed my account as not charged when I paid the first time and I went out and put money back on my card and then they put a charge on my account and took the money from my account for the first request and for the second request and when I did it again they took it back but still my money has not been refunded I bought a ticket for four people the staff there just stands for show I tried to explain the situation they don't even want to listen call my account and refund my overcharged $262 😡 I will not go back to this place or this Viator they just dumped me😭 when I wrote to the agent asking for help after a long wait he said he can't solve this problem🤯

Amazing trip to NC with shrek

This was an amazing experience with trip advisor! If you are looking for a cozy, funny , and good staffed hotel and water park duo this is your jam. Me and the family went here for a fun trip in NC, but when we got there we were greeted by the one and only Shrek! The only complaint is that the water was a little sweet to drink but just in general it was beautiful 😻

Viator is not used to buy your tickets

This company is the worst thing to buy tickets or tickets do it directly with american dream has more options because of changes or any accident Viator is not reliable only sell tickets do not guarantee you anything or help you in anything and american dream has nothing to do with them. American dream and the park very nice but the company VIATOR IS NOT RELIABLE TO BUY TICKETS DO NOT DO IT FOR THIS PAGE

Escape from NYC

A day to escape- spent solo. Indoor waterpark is Clean and fun. The staff is friendly. Rides were great. On a sunny day, even in the winter, the windows warm up the park like a greenhouse. I went in the middle of the week, not on tourist season. It was relaxing. A great day!

Best water park

Very good place to travel with family and friends, and the nicest thing you can find near New York, just minutes

Cleanliness 2/10

we visited the waterpark on yesterday for spring break. The waterpark had lots of seating when we arrive shortly after opening at 10:15 AM but I was surprised to see that nearly all of the seats were filthy. There were stains of all kind on them dirt and anything else you can imagine. I tracked down one of the Cleaning folks with a cart and asked them to wipe down a row of chairs just so that my daughter and I could have a seat. I would assume there is not a cleaning staff that reports after the park closes or even prior to opening to wipe down these seats. With Covid and other things still around in this day, you would think cleaning measures would be enforced at such an expensive waterpark. At $100 a ticket I expect to have a clean chair when the park opens. in addition, the restrooms throughout the park as well as the changing room about halfway through the parks opening day were also disgusting. There were underwear, bottles, all sorts of trash on the ground, the changing rooms and the bathrooms needed to be cleaned. Folks had used the bathroom all over the seats and in the floor and it smelled horrible and looked even worse. For this establishment to continue operating at this level would be unacceptable. I have no plans of returning until cleaning measures are enforced. if you have a weak immune system, I would advise staying away!!

good park but never book via Viator

I booked tickets through Viator and realized the visit date was off by one day. I contacted Viator on the scheduled visit date, and the tickets were never used. Instead of offering any resolution, I was repeatedly told to contact the local provider. The provider was unreachable and also unable to modify Viator bookings. Viator then refused any help, credit, or alternative solution, citing internal policy — despite timely contact and unused tickets. This experience felt like being pushed back and forth with no accountability. A travel platform should help customers resolve honest booking mistakes, not hide behind rigid policies.
