It was a nice boat ride down the Amalfi coast. 20 minutes to swim about 15 minutes away from town of Amalfi. Close to cruise ship. However, I felt the boat was very crowded. This was not the only tour and the shot glass of champagne and snacks didn't really cut it.
They give preference to those who have the ticket, turning away those who booked through an agency, with the consequence of zero seats available; having asked if they could at least split it halfway between the different bookings, the answer was that there were seats... furthermore, we were refused to be put at the bow, but after 5 minutes a lady dressed to the nines passed by, asked to be able to pass, and magically the chain that remained closed for us after having paid 200 euros opened suddenly in this case. The little corner in the photo is the place where we are stowed...
The excursion lasts 4h30, between swimming, visiting Amalfi, and above all the view of the Amalfi Coast from the sea.
The meeting point was not the right one. Boat departed 5 minutes too early. We did not make it in time. Complaint was filed. Since then, we have heard nothing about whether we will get our money back

This is good tour for the Amalfi Coast. I wish there was another tour to include Positano and Sorrento.

Pleasant trip along the coast, very short swimming stop in the middle of the sea with no charm at all. The worst part, the boat was at maximum capacity, so it was very overwhelming.
The boat ride along the coast was quite beautiful and at a comfortable pace. We took a great number of photos. We had trouble hearing/understanding our guide. The free food was both a welcome surprise and quite tasty. There was free-flowing free prosecco, and a paid bar aboard. Restrooms were easily accessible and clean. The time ashore was a little too long for us. It's important to know that the tour guides are dead serious about the departure time after the mid-point stop...if you're not present at pickup time, you will be left behind.
Overall a nice experience. Just be aware that seating is a problem. Advice to the operator. Please have personal tell passengers to return to their original seats for the return passage. We had a severely disabled ( one leg) in our group. We were seated near the back , on the hot side facing the wrong side for pics. We were looking forward to getting our chance for an enjoyable ride back facing the other way. Needless to say other pushy people grabbed our seats so again we had to suffer in the sun with no views as they made sure they had the good seats both directions. Our disabled passenger struggled to find a seat. It made everyone crabby with each other on the return trip. VERY Unpleasant!
We were unable to make this tour. Gave them a one star because tour operator was unresponsive to our Viator app message, where a single yes or no answer would have sufficed.
