Amalfi Coast Shared Small Group Tour from Sorrento

What a fabulous day trip this was. Our guide Claudio was so knowledgeable and provided great recommendations on how to maximise our time along the Amalfi Coast. Would thoroughly recommend.

Picked up at our hotel with 4 other guests. Claude was an amazing driver (once you have seen the traffic you will know what I mean) It was a full guided tour of all sorts, history, architecture, myth and legend you name it he knew it. He also gave us the option of a 30 minute boat tour from Amalfi from another driver for an extra 20 euro each which we all did and thoroughly enjoyed. Seeing the entire coast from the sea is a must but having the car drop us off in the towns was also a bonus as we didn't have to walk far. Excellent tour and highly recommended.

For years I have wanted to see the Amalfi Coast again when someone else was driving! The tour was beautiful and relaxing. We spent the perfect amount of time in each location, soaking up spectacular scenery and discovering special nooks and crannies for memorable photos. Nino, our driver, claimed that he was just a driver and not a tour guide, but he had fun stories to tell and gave us useful tips so we could make the most of our independent excursions on foot. If you're staying in Sorrento, don't forget to add a visit to the Amalfi Coast.

I truly enjoyed the day trip to the most iconic places on the Amalfi Coast. The comfort of being picked up at my hotel was so convenient for me as a first-time visitor wanting to explore the coast with an experienced tour guide. Luigi was amazing—the tour was informative and professional. The tour was well organized, with enough time to explore each village. I highly recommend this tour!

Nelly the driver is very nice. But talks a lot. He will also offer you a boat tour for an added charge in Amalfi. I got sea sick. So did others. Also. The views are the same as in the van and makes the trip longer. He gives you 2 hours in revella. Not needed

My family and I joined the Amalfi Coast Shared Small Group Tour with Sorrento Maxi Tours, guided by Claudio in a comfortable Mercedes minivan. With just six of us, the day felt personal and relaxed. The drive along the coast is intense — narrow roads, quick motorbikes, and tight turns — but Claudio’s experience and storytelling made it feel effortless. In Positano, we had an hour to explore, walk to the beach, and enjoy the cliffside views. We continued to Amalfi, where Claudio recommended an optional €20 boat tour. It was absolutely worth it and offered stunning views of the entire coastline. After some free time for shopping, we headed toward Ravello for a simple but satisfying set-menu lunch (bruschetta, pasta, wine, and gelato). Claudio was fantastic: knowledgeable, funny, patient, and full of great stories...plus he’s a chef, so ask him about his cooking! Highly recommend this tour.
