Alula Full Day Tour

It is not worth it. The best way to describe it is that it is an Uber service, but very expensive. And I say it like that because in Hegra the guides are the official ones of the place. I recommend doing it on your own, and with Uber, since it comes out to a third of the price (or even cheaper). Besides, we paid for 4 people, and they didn't even arrive in a car that was for 4 seated people - exposing our safety. The car had plastic on the seats because it was new, and it only made them sweat more. Upon leaving Hegra, we waited 20 minutes for them to return for us. Furthermore, they charge children the same as adults (and once on the “tour” we discovered that children at the attractions -either didn't pay, or paid much less). We felt VERY ripped off, disappointed, and deceived. Do not spend, I do NOT recommend it. The guide was kind, but the driver was very careless. The truth is that it is not worth it at all. I would like to have a refund, even if it is partial, due to the TERRIBLE experience.

Our guide Khadijha was one of the best ones I’ve ever met! She explained us a lot about history and culture of AlUla and we’ve visited a lot of stunning places. The tour was perfectly tailored to our wishes and needs. AlUla is a fantastic place, and thanks to Khadijha we discovered it from many different angles and could not have enjoyed the trip more! We will definitely come back and book more tours with Khadijha.

Hattam was a very hospitable, knowledgeable tour guide. His pride and passion for Al Ula, a place he is from, shone throughout the tour and with this he was able to uncover great locations that unless you were from Al Ula you wouldn’t know existed. A lot was covered in the day however the tour did not seem rushed at all. I’d certainly recommend this trip if you are only in Al Ula for 1 day.

A very well arranged tour with three stops to Hegra, View point and Old Town/Oasis. Our driver/guide was fantastic, very knowledgeable and spoke very good English. Highly recommended.

Our young guide Hattam speaks good English. He likes travelled himself making it more fun to exchange experience over the course of our 8 hours tour covering the oasis , Hegra & the Elephant Rock. We are truly impressed of the unique beautiful landscape of Alula . Hettam is also willing to share his cultural knowledge & has straightened various misconceptions we have on the Arabian world . Our service provider is accommodating as we had already checked out the old town the day before, they replaced it with a visit to Shalal Cafe instead. Will definitely recommend this tour to others😁

If we could give more than 5 stars we would. Our guide, Rahaf, was knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and helpful. We saw some amazing sites. We would highly recommend a tour with Rahaf.

Osama and Rahaf were helpful with answering questions and giving insight into the tour. We were taken swiftly from one destination to another and shared the car with another couple. An efficient way to see the sights in Alula.
