After meeting your guide, we begin with a traditional Turkish breakfast, tasting fresh local products while learning about daily life and food culture in Istanbul.
We then walk through the lively streets of Eminönü towards the harbor and take a ferry (included) across the Bosphorus to the Asian side, enjoying the city like a local.
In Kadıköy, we explore vibrant neighborhoods and continue with tastings of local street food.
We walk down to **Moda, passing by the old Moda harbor—an iconic spot of the district—**where we take a break to enjoy tea with a beautiful sea view and learn about Turkish tea culture.
As we stroll through the charming streets, we stop at a local pub for a beer or soft drink (included), and along the way, taste fresh stuffed mussels, a local favorite.
We then take the ferry back (included) to the Spice Bazaar, where the tour ends with sweet tastings such as baklava and Turkish delight.
Back at the Spice Bazaar, your guide walks you through the historic complex, sharing its rich history and role in Istanbul’s trade culture. Along the way, you’ll have the opportunity to taste sweets such as baklava and Turkish delight.
