Fantastical!
This was a wonderful tour when you can't get tickets for inside. They kept us updated on time changes and our guide was very conscientious, speaking slowly and moving at a pace we could all keep up with, very informative. Excellent tour.

Unreliable. Cancelled the guided tour, and it was too late for us to find tickets for Alhambra.

The tour operator changed our tour time at the last minute and offered times that we were not available.

Hello, We are very sorry about this review, but it does not accurately reflect what happened. For operational reasons, we offered you three different schedules for the same booked date and informed you of these three days before the tour via two different channels. We did not receive a response. We left at the agreed time, but you did not show up. Unfortunately, we only received your response after the tour had started, so it was not possible to resolve the issue in time as the Alhambra was due to close within the hour. We are very sorry about what happened, but this is the only way we can contact you. We have not received a response from you.

Splendid walk-around of the Alhambra
Our guide had a great sense of humor and shared a wealth of information about the mixing of cultures in Granada. Even without admission to the paid areas of the Alhambra, the tour was very much worth doing.

An unforgettable visit
An immersive experience in history and art, full of anecdotes, smiles and exquisite attention. This was our visit to the Alhambra with Javi Suárez. We had already traveled with him to Turkey before and enjoyed it very much, so having the opportunity to visit the Alhambra with him as a guide has been an incredible experience.
