There was a great variety in the your and the guide was so helpful in highlighting key points and also helping to find a lost family member. Yhanks
A long drive through the beautiful Norway countryside. Breathtaking views, particularly of fjords, idyllic farms with sheep and cows, and the Troll road with many waterfalls. Bathroom facilities lacking in the first few hours, resulting in long lines....this can be improved on. Overall a great day.
The scenery was spectacular with beautiful waterfalls and majestic mountains. The tour was about 7 hours round trip with 4 stops. This type of tour is a must. We first stopped and took pictures with fun troll statues then went to the top of the troll pass. The view was amazing where you could see the all the switch back roads of the troll path. At the end we made a stop at the amazing Rose church with beautiful folk painted inside.
The views at the attractions were lovely but there are long stretches of sitting on the bus just looking. The tour guide provided a lot of information during that time which helped. The lunch was okay but I’d rather have. Had a sandwich and more time at the sights. Perhaps if I had not already done several similar tours in Norway it would have been more inspiring because it is a nice tour and the distance is far so there is little choice but a long drive.
clean quiet bus. advertised 30min at main attraction of trollstigen is way too short, felt very rushed, our guide gave us 45min, still not enough time. it was a blurr to run to the vista lookout points, quickly snap photos, then rush back to bus. spectacular views, need at minimum 90min heres to really soak in the breathtaking scenery. Gudbrandjuvet is also very worth it. the other stops are unnesscary except for toilet break. tour could have removed other stopped to reallocate more time at trollstigen, but i guess its a better selling point to list many stops. long bus ride, its unavoidable to get to trollsigen. overall very good tour.
Great experience and definitely appreciated the driving skill on all of the narrow switch back roads. It was a clear sunny day when we left but as we got closer to the mountain top it became cloudy and damp. We were not able to see the waterfall at the top, but we could hear it and the walk amongst the mist was mysterious adn set the mood :-). As we drove down the mountain, we came out of the clouds and could see the switch back roads... very cool!
Excellent excursion from the cruise port. A perfect itinerary when you have mobility challenges. You can not capture the scenery in pictures. It is a must see and experience in person.
Very friendly guides, super easy to find and professional company from the beginning to the end! The troll road is a real adventure, and we felt very safe in the hands of the driver, kudos to him! Worth the price
What seemed to be a long ride turned out to be fun. After seeing the Trolltunga cliffs, we took off driving up the nerve-wracking 18 switchback road to the top. Worth every penny for those views from the top.
Great views of road and good photo stops. Very little walking. Lunch not special. Guide knowledgable and bus driver super.
