After the guided tour, you'll taste four wines from our cellar paired with delicious local products: 1. "Minutolo" (white) served with semolina bread bruschetta topped with garden tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil, and Primosale cheese, accompanied by Minutolo jelly. 2. '"Aurora primitivo rosè" paired with fresh Mozzarella and 'Poverella' Zucchini - sun-dried with mint and EVO oil. 3. "Cabernet Sauvignon" (red) with salami and fresh Canestrato cheese with quince jam. 4. "Primitivo" (red) matched with Caciocavallo cheese, protected by DOP status, served with cherry honey, and Capocollo also with DOP status. Wine Tasting in Alberobello
The wines and food pairings were very good. We enjoyed the red wines and purchased a bottle of one the reds. It was very good.

Not good
This was by far the most disorganized event we have attended thus far. I paid for a tasting including 4 wines and then got told I paid for the 3x package only and therefore not offered the 4th tasting. Worst is I paid full price for my husband, even though he does not drink (because I did not want to go alone - which I did mention at the time of booking) - then to get told only paid for 3 tastings. On the way out the guide asked me if I was Cindy - who I am not - so obviously had me mixed up with someone else. We did check in twice and he confirmed my correct name at checkin. The tastings and food servings were a discombobulated mess with 3 people obviously not on the same page. Not worth the money, effort or aggrivation.

This is definitely worth a visit. We cycled there during our stay in Alberobello. Absolutely fantastic!

Alberobello wine tour
Great small winery. Organic wines paired with local foods. Just the perfect afternoon aperitivo! We had 5 tastings. Don’t judge. The white the rose a red blend a cab and their signature white. All very well balanced. A tour of the vineyard, production and cellar. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Lovely
A lovely experience being drivers through the vineyard in an electric cart. You are then brought through the cellar to see the how the wine is made, and then into another cellar room to see how the wine is stored. Then you are given 4 wines to try and some lovely food to accompany them. A great experience. I will say that the photos are not what you experience. No hay bales or outside seating. We sat inside for the experience. This is a bit misleading. This is why I have given 3 stars as this part was disappointing.
