Natasha gave an amazing massage and was able to give me exactly what I requested and was a very experienced masseuse. Will definitely return.

The Hindu Ritual at Akzara Spa was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The themed setting is very well done and creates a sense of tranquility and disconnection from the very first moment. Every detail is carefully thought out to provide well-being and make the experience special. The massages were excellent, performed with great professionalism and dedication. The atmosphere, the aromas, and the music contribute to deep relaxation, allowing one to release stress and fully enjoy the moment.

We booked the Ritual Package for 2 of us which included facial, body scrub, massage and jacuzzi. All services performed were wonderful - all technicians were excellent. The massage was actually 4 hands on and was so relaxing! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to communication and difficulty with the actual appointment. We initially booked and confirmed for a date and then booked all of our other tours and excursions around that. We were subsequently contacted via WhatsApp (good thing I'd already had it on my phone) and were advised that they were actually going to be closed on the day we had confirmed so we had to reschedule - which we did. Then there was difficulty with the actual time of our appointment. A tour earlier in the day was running late and we let them know - they told us there was absolutely no wiggle room for our appt (not even an hour or 1/2 hour as they were fully booked). So we LEFT our tour in the middle and hopped in a cab to our hotel where they were supposed to pick us up. In the middle of the cab ride back they start texting me asking where we are and I said we are on our way back and they told us that our pickup time had passed and that we would have to get ourselves to their location - even though I had a text from them that our pickup was at 11am and it was only 10:50am. They did not care that they gave us the wrong car pickup time which it was THEIR mistake (which I have a screenshot of) - and they continued to send me several messages with a nasty attitude. Luckily we were able to get our driver to take us directly to their location instead and we arrived on time. He was kind and waited for us to get inside since when we arrived the gate was locked and it was several minutes before anyone even came out to open it! Then we were waiting in the lobby area for a while before we were even taken in! So all that rushing and harassing us and causing us anxiety for nothing! So while the actual service and technicians were EXCELLENT, don't know that I would go back or recommend this to anyone I know due to the poor desk customer service and attitude. (NOTE: it was not a language issue since I speak fluent Spanish also)

OMG this place is amazing. I schedule a spa day for my birthday and I have to say I was not disappointed at all. Everything was so amazing. Came out feeling like a new person. This is a must do if you’re visiting Colombia Natasha thanks again for making my birthday extremely special. 💕

This was hands down the best massage I’ve had in Medellín! The space is calm and peaceful—such a surprise after walking up the metal stairs from a busy street. I started with a relaxing massage that was incredibly soothing and healing. The therapist was very intuitive and attentive to my needs, and I genuinely felt like all my problem areas were addressed with care. I also tried the deep tissue massage, which was exactly what I’ve been looking for—strong, effective, but still nurturing. So often deep tissue is just painful, but this was powerful and therapeutic, especially with the added aromatherapy. Akzara is more than just a spa—it’s a healing experience. Highly recommend!

I tried it out of curiosity and was surprised. The Hindu Ritual at Akzara Spa has a super calming vibe: rich aromas, a massage with warm oils, and soft music. It's not just relaxing, it leaves you feeling clear-headed. I came out feeling lighter, like I'd been rebooted.

They removed a knot that I had for days. The experience was excellent. The service was very friendly. The facilities have everything.

Elena and Millerly took the time to feel very relaxed my 11-year-old daughter and I. Elena's pressure for me was excellent and the peel was delicious. My daughter had chocolatetherapy and she was delighted by how soft her skin was. Highly recommended this place.

Natasha was an amazing experience. One of the best massages I have ever had. I returned, but Natasha was not available and it was one of the worst experiences. It seemed like a student therapist just applying oil with no technique. Very mediocre and I almost walked out in the middle of the session. It was a waste of time and money.
