Akumal; Snorkeling and Photos with Turtles

our guide was amazing and we got see several turtles during the hour and a half we were out there for.

Great experience, what makes this company special is that they focus on smaller groups opposed to the other companies which had huge groups so the attention you recieve is great especially if its your first time doing such activity

We were fortunate to snorkel at 8:30, just two of us. We saw many turtles and had a great experience! Highly recommend!

A 10 for Martín, who got in touch via WhatsApp the day before and was attentive at all times, looking for turtles and other animals in the area. Unfortunately, there was sargassum, despite what they had removed to be able to access without much trouble, and the water was not entirely clear. I expected to see more turtles, even so we saw 4 or 5, a barracuda, two stingrays, several squid, some French angelfish, a couple of parrotfish, sergeant major fish... It was worth it. At the end of the day, Martín shared a link with the photos and videos.

We took the a guide for us to go to the coral reef and turtles. We were sold the tickets, of course... We had a 4-year-old child it's impossible, running hard, you have to be autonomous in my opinion 8/10 years not before. So my son-in-law got back on the boat with his child, he stayed in the water for 1min while to get back on board. The refund was impossible except for the child either refund of 2 people or nothing must be logical. I strongly advise against anarchy because no warning from them and on the barrier we saw little. The turtles were 80 meters from the edge in the herbariums.

We spent 1.5 hours snorkelling with our guide who was very knowledgeable about the turtles, string rays and fish that we saw in their natural habitat. This trip was well worth doing and we were sent photos as a memento of our visit.

We were a group of 5, and one of our friends arrived almost an hour late due to heavy traffic caused by an accident on the road. Our guides, Martin and Melqui, were incredibly accommodating and communicative on WhatsApp—they kindly pushed our tour back by an hour so we wouldn’t miss out. Once we got into the ocean, they were fantastic at spotting and pointing out turtles—we saw 5–6 turtles, a stingray, and lots of beautiful fish! One of the highlights was how caring they were: my husband doesn’t know how to swim, and Martin personally guided him the entire time with a life ring so he could safely enjoy the experience. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting to swim with turtles. They only take up to 6 people, so if you’re a group of 5–6, it feels like a private tour at a very reasonable price. Such a memorable experience!

It was a beautiful experience, we saw many turtles, a ray and countless fish. The guide was super nice and there were only two of us. This had made the whole thing even more pleasant. We would make this trip again and again!

Our guide, Martin, was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about marine life. We met him right on time, and he took great care of me and my 9-year-old. On top of swimming with the turtles, he took over 50 GoPro photos of us for free with his own and shared them with us! My child got some fantastic pictures right next to the turtles. It's an excellent souvenir!
