Short drive from christchurch but offers much more!
We had an amazing Akaroa day trip with Kiwi Adventures, and our guide Patrick made the whole experience even better. Very friendly and experienced.
The dolphin watching cruise was a real highlight – seeing the dolphins so close to the boat was incredible . The scenery around Akaroa Harbour was beautiful and well worth the trip.
We also visited an alpaca farm, which was a fun and unique stop. The alpacas were adorable. Highly recommended

A Perfect Day Exploring Akaroa
A lovely trip to Akaroa with loved ones. The scenic drive along the Banks Peninsula was beautiful, including a drive through the impressive Lyttelton Tunnel. This private tour was a great way to explore the region’s natural beauty and wildlife. Highly recommended.

History, Beauty & a lovely short memories with Steve!
We had a lovely time in Christchurch with Steve. The city has a fascinating history, especially around the earthquake and the impressive recovery infrastructure. We visited the Antarctic Centre, the Skyline Gondola, the summer beach, and the Botanic Gardens, and enjoyed a punting trip on the Avon River. It’s a wonderful way to explore Christchurch, especially with a knowledgeable guide like Steve.

Unforgettable memories of Akaroa
Steve was such a kind and accommodating tour guide. He looked after us so well and even added a few extra stops outside of our itinerary, giving us the chance to explore more of the beautiful Akaroa area. It's a charming little French-influenced town with stunning terrain and a picturesque harbour. Overall, a great experience for a day trip from Christchurch.

Charming coastal escape with French Glimpse♥️
We had a wonderful day in Akaroa. The drive across the terraces was beautiful. Visiting the Alpaca Farm was a fun highlight.
Akaroa is a charming little French town. It’s surrounded by hills and a lovely harbour. The views were amazing.

Incredible Alpacas 🦙
What a great dude Michel! Smooth & comfortable airport transfer hustle free service. Offered us on spot booking for reasonable fare for sightseeing day trip to Akaroa. Apart from Marine life excursions we specially requested Michel to take us cute spitting animal Alpaca farm. Would highly recommend Kiwi Tours service specially Michel as your tour guide with no doubts!

The Road Less Taken to Akaroa ♥️
We had a fantastic tour from Christchurch to Akaroa, taking the jaw-dropping scenic route along the ridge and off the beaten path. We stopped in Lyttelton for lunch and to poke around the shops. Our tour guide Dave fantastic! He was very knowledgeable about the area, and made the day a fun and memorable one.
