We got Kadek as our driver from the airport to our hotel but ended up booking him for our entire trip in Bali, he gave us options on things to do and where to go as ideas as it was our first time in Bali and he was okay whether we chose to go through with any activities or not which we are very grateful for as we didn’t feel pressured. He was really trustworthy, kind, patient and exceeded all expectations as our own very personal driver. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal driver in Bali and if we were ever to return I would definitely get in contact with him again, his service was very much appreciated. Thank you Kadek.

Kadek made our Bali trip truly special.
He is very kind, friendly, honest, and always willing to help. From the moment we met him, he treated us like family and made sure we had the best experience in Bali.
He recommended beautiful places to visit, a great tattoo studio, and always gave us helpful advice. He was patient, punctual, and never rushed us during our tours.

The best ever Bali guide - Kadek Patra
We had an amazing experience with Kadek from “Patra Bali Tour” during our Bali trips—we’ve enjoyed his service twice now! From airport pickup on day one to the final drop-off, he made everything smooth and stress-free.
His car was always neat, clean, and very spacious (perfect 7-seater for families). He was friendly, patient, and got along really well with kids, which made our journey even more comfortable. Kadek is also very knowledgeable and truly knows Bali inside out—especially when it comes to recommending the best vegetarian fine dine restaurants with great ambience.
I’ve already recommended him to friends and family, and they’ve loved their experience too. Highly recommend Kadek if you want a reliable and enjoyable Bali trip!

After flight delay (I advised we were going to be 2 hours late twice) we were NOT picked up at the airport in Bali. We had to outlay $35 to get transport to our accommodation.
This was totally unacceptable. We were very tired and for this to happen made me so very angry.
I would like to be reimbursed our Viator pick up payment and ideally get reimbursed our $35 taxi fare to our accommodation.
I had to wait until now to write this review as I was too angry when it happened.

First of all we would like to say so sorry about this stuation, our driver already pick up, but he did not realize that your flight was delay,so he leaved after around 3 hours waiting.
We did miss comunication about that.
We really do apolgize about that.
And we did already send back the money since you got the taxi to your hotel.

Very good holidays in Bali.
Amazing experience with Kadek. He knows so many good spots to discover Bali. We spent full week with him and always he did much more than simply driving us. He became a good friend and we will book him for our next family trip in Bali.

MSG him saying my flight was delayed before take off he said no problem then wouldn’t answer his phone once I landed had to get different transportation

First of all , i would like to sorry about this situation, that can make you not happy , event giving me bad reviews 🙏.
For your flight was delayed i was already track that on my app flight radar, so i know exactly when you plane was landed and i already arrived at airport before your flight was landed at that time ( i can show about the record with the airport system)
For not answer your call at airport: sometimes the connection of internet is bad at airport, especially if you used WIFI at airport.
at that time i was holding my phone, if there was call of course i Will answer that , because i was already there holding sign of your name infront of elevator or Bali banana ( i Will attach also the sign).
I know many people holding sign, may you not Saw me or find me.
I already pick up you base on SOP.
I hope you Will find this attachment on message and i already sent it to your WhatsApp Clearly.
