The driver was driving very upset and fighting with the cars outside, we almost crashed 3 times and he was neurotic, a terrible experience, a family that was outside nearly crashed by our driver
hola MariajF , no identificamos su reserva , creo que se ha confundido de transportadora saludos!
The provider failed to pick us up for our return to the airport. We had agreed on a 10:30 pick up at Hotel Hacienda. When no one showed up by 10:45 and no email or text was received, we had to call a taxi. I expect a refund!
Driver was waiting with a sign with my name. The driver was very nice and gave lots of information on downtown Mérida.
Our driver was easy to find and was there even though our flight was late. Also stopped at an ATM for us as well.
They were waiting at the airport when we landed and then took us back at our requested time. They were on time and got us there and back safely.
First world service, punctuality and warmth recommended for people waiting for the best deal. I thank befast for its invaluable quality.
Better choice! They are very punctual and supported us at all times with our services, excellent attention from the driver and the company
We loved the experience with them, they have many different tours and give very comfortable and accessible options. Besides that they are kind, we loved it. 100% recommended.
