Reserved a transfer for 14 peoples with luggage’s. Upon arrival meet the guide to the bus, the driver/owner loaded the luggage’s in the back and left 2 pieces. Told me that’s all he would take and gave me no option and point me to the taxi area. So the bus told 12, and 2 of us end up paying for the taxi to the hotel. My friend told me the bus is nice and lot of room and half empty.
Hello and thank you for your review. The number of luggages was really big and you should have let me know before the pick up. Typically the capacity is 1 luggage per person, not 2 or 3 luggages. For safety reasons we are not allowed to put luggage in the corridor inside the minivan
My driver made our contact easy. He was on time, friendly, helpful- just the right amount of conversation. I’ve scheduled several more transfers with them.
