Luxton Ace provided terrific service. Our flight arrived early and our driver was on the ball watching when our flight came and was available early. Super friendly welcome, helped with luggage. On the way to our hotel he provided helpful suggestions of activities, would recommend.

It was a simple pickup and drop-off. The price is expensive compared to arranging transportation at the airport, but it was nice to have everything set up in advance. The driver was friendly and helpful. The vehicle itself was very basic, and they meet you outside of baggage claim. Not bad overall—just not quite what we were expecting.

Unfortunately, airport regulations do not allow drivers to enter the baggage claim area, and all meet-and-greet services take place outside the terminal exit. We do have additional vehicle options available; however, the vehicle assigned was the one booked through TripAdvisor
Our driver was very professional and friendly. He even took us on a small tour of the local hot spots. I highly recommend this service!

Our flight was delayed by a couple hours and we were worried about our ride not being there. While we were waiting in the customs line I received a call from Afeez our driver letting us know he was there. It took a lot of stress off. He was great. Once at the resort we verified our departure flight and time of pickup. He sent me a text the day before to verify the time of pick up. He showed up on time and got us to the airport with no issues. Would recommend this service to others.
