On arrival at Los Cabos Airport, one just had to follow the easy instructions given in advance to meet the Epic representative, you can't miss them in their burgundy shirts a kaki pants. Soon had me on my way to my hotel in a shared shuttle, sure we had to stop at a few other resorts, but you have to expect this. The day before departure you are sent ( via WhatsApp) a confirmed time for your pick up at your resort to take you back to the airport. I found this service to be value for money and I will for sure use Epic in the future.
