Excellent airport pickup
Our airport pickup was easy to coordinate and we were taken to meet our driver outside. He provided a safe and very friendly welcome to Lisbon.

Great experience
We needed a 5 am pick up to get to the Lisbon airport. Ricardo Cruz, our driver was very punctual and even early. It cost more than Uber, but I was willing to pay a little more for the comfort of knowing we would have a professional drive who would not cancel or no show.

Great service
I organised an airport transfer with TopTour and would highly recommend their service. I booked online and received email confirmation promptly. On the day, of our transfer our lovely driver Ines Saraiva communicated directly through WhatsApp to confirm she was coming and would meet us at the front of the accommodation. I felt very safe with Ines and enjoyed chatting with her about Portugal on the way to the airport. Ines spoke English well, which made communication easy for me. Thank you Ines and would love to travel with you again

Excellent round-trip airport transfer! Communication was clear, the driver arrived on time, and pickup was easy to find. The ride was pleasant and comfortable. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Horrible
Terrible experience. Please don’t use this company. Our plane landed and we didn’t even have to wait for bags as we had carry on and the driver left. The customs line was very long. How are we supposed to control that. They said they only wait one hour after landing. Airport was extremely busy.

Dear Andrea, We are sorry that your arrival experience did not go as smoothly as expected, and we fully understand the frustration caused by the unusually long immigration queues that day. For our airport transfers, we track incoming flights and adjust pickup times according to the actual arrival. Although your reservation included 60 minutes of waiting time, our team was aware of the delays at immigration and continued to accommodate the situation beyond the standard waiting period. Unfortunately, the immigration process took considerably longer than expected. During this time, our operations team remained available and continued coordinating your pickup, including arranging for the driver to return to the airport. We are sorry that, despite these efforts, the situation ultimately led you to decide to leave and make alternative arrangements. As soon as you informed us of your decision, we immediately issued a full refund for the transfer. We completely understand that immigration delays are outside a passenger’s control, and we regret that the circumstances at the airport affected your experience with us. Kind regards, Nuno
