Lots of miscommunication....
Lots of miscommunication. Driver doesn’t like tourists. I don’t have what’s app and told them. They still tried to reach me on what’s app. Charged extra to the cruise terminal. Not included in original invoice this was an extra charge
Operator response
Hello there, Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, although everything you mentioned is inaccurate. Our drivers are experienced and have been working in the tourism industry for many years. How is it possible for someone who works and lives within this not to like people from different countries or cultures? Kindly take notice that the phone number you gave us on your reservation has a WhatsApp account (and we also informed you in advance that your driver will get in touch with you either via WhatsApp or phone calls). So, our driver tried to get in touch with you in the best possible way. Our support team, informed you (in advance) that you've booked and paid for a transfer from Athens Airport to Athens City Centre. Your drop off point was at Piraeus Cruise Terminal. We informed you accordingly -by the time you made this booking, we got in touch with you within minutes- αnd you paid for it because you realized what it was that you were actually paying for. Something you don't mention in your review. All the best.
