Unforgettable experience with Galaxy Leisure! I had the opportunity to go on a sea trip with Galaxy Leisure from Agadir Marina, and it was absolutely amazing! The staff was of rare kindness: smiling, professional and always caring. The boat was very comfortable, the Mood relaxed, and the scenery just beautiful.

One of the best excursions to do. The communication was clear and the jet skis were easy to use. My friend also lost her sunglasses at the end and they even managed to recover that for her. There is a photographer at the end who takes photos of you and if you like them you can buy them off him.

Bonjour Monsieur, On a toujours respecter notre clientèle, la preuve on a passé la saison estivale sans aucune réclamation. Vous n avez pas loué de jetski chez galaxy loisirs car on est en vacance depuis le 1 et Septembre Jusqu,à aujourd’hui. Avant de louer un jetski vous remplissez un contrat de location. Montre le si vous avez loué chez nous. Deuxième des choses vous avez loué chez mon confrère c est vrai le jetski est tombé en panne faute du plastique absorbé par le jetski. Le moniteur était là et vous a proposer de changer le jetski vous avez refuser et le pire vous voulez pas payer votre location . J’ai essayer de vos expliquer mais vous voulez rien savoir. Si votre tel est cassé pourquoi vous n avez déposer plainte lors de la présence du policier. La haine que vous avez envers tous ce qui est marocain explique tous. Franchement nous on vous aime les algériens espérons que le complexe Maroc changera un jour. Vive le Maroc du Tanger au guerguarate.

First mens we booked 30min jet ski and the time is over at 19min and in addition to that jet skis are not maintained revisions are not made because it is stopped in the open sea and this proved very dangerous for us .. I had to wait for the monitor until he found me .. second mens, back in port, the chef does not apologize and does not give an explanation for this .. to finish he gives me my stuff that I entrusted to him as each customer does: he gives me my iPhone all cracks that does not light up at all .. To all the people reading the message do not make the same mistake as me to go to rental agencies without consulting customer reviews.. the gentleman did not want to make any gesture and it is presented aggressive.. we will not return to Agadir.
Bonjour Mme, 1 er des choses Vous n avez pas loué chez nous. Montre le contrat de location que vous avez remplit avant la location . Ce qui j ai expliquer à votre ami selym que la rage de votre pays sur tous ce qui est marocain explique tous. Le tel casse le votre et celui de votre ami aussi. Lors de la présence du policier pourquoi vous n avez pas porter plainte. Vous avez fait tous ça pour une location de 400 dh et vous faite rien pour un iPhone cassé qui vaut 7000 dh même en présence de la police. Notre devise c est les clients et je sais très bien comment les satisfaire. Pour une dernière fois vous n’avez pas loué de jetski chez nous. Nous en commence aujourd’hui après un congé du 1 er septembre.
