Beautiful experience.
BREATH TAKING. We walked to the cable cars (5min from Tildi Hotel). We got there as they opened at 10am and went straight up to the Kasbah at the top. Extremely safe and clean. Views of Agadir were spectacular including the port. The Kasbah is a seperate entry fee but value for money and worth it. We spent 90 mins inside, learnt a lot and were amazed in equal measure. Outside the kasbah are street vendors and camel rides as well as a great little supermarket. Be aware that it is hotter at the top and you may need added protection.

Stunning views but avoid busy times
Went as a family of 7 on a Friday evening. It was absolutely chaotic at the bottom. No queue system once your inside waiting to board cars. People pushing, children getting trampled on staff although friendly had no control over the very large amount of people waiting to board.
You can’t stay on car and do the round trip and although the queues at the top were smaller and more controlled you still had to wait about half hour or so to get back on.
Once on cable car views were absolutely stunning and worth the money but be prepared for the chaos

Beautiful sunsets
We went ourselves to the kasbah by cable cars. The queues went down really quick and the views up and back down were stunning

Brilliant adventure
We had a great time using the cable cars and really enjoyed looking around the fort at the top too. We got a return ticket as we wanted to visit the water park too. Very well organised, clean and felt very safe whilst on the cable car. Views are absolutely stunning! Highly recommend

Well worth doing
To start with, DON'T book this as an excursion with a company - it works out MUCH more expensive to do it that way. Book an InDrive driver (taxi app) and buy your tickets when you get there (130dh per adult for return trip).
The cable cars provid a lovely scenic route to Oufella Kasbah. The evening that we went, there was a lot of fog/clouds in the sky so the views weren't crystal clear but the baby really enjoyed the experience of being "in the sky".
The cars arrive every couple of seconds so we genuinely didn't have any wait time going up or back down.
I'd say to factor 1/2 hours in for this little trip.

Good addition to Agadir, slightly pricey though.
We took an indrive to the cable car 40dhm, and made our own way up. One of the cab drivers wanted 100dhm!!
Sidenote the pictures on the front page at the time of writing this review are not of the Agadir cable car!!
Four of us took the cable car to the top and return tickets cost 460dhm.
Really good and well worth doing for the views on the route up/down, and just as much from the top station.
We had gondolas to ourselves both up and down. Toilets and shops at the top and the bottom.

Great Views of Agadir
We walked from our hotel up to the cable car entry point and did a return trip up to the fort via the cable car. You need a head for heights and you get great views as you travel up/down. We had a walk around the fort before returning back down. The cable cars were clean; the staff friendly and efficient.

Good experience with breathtaking views at the top.
Good experience had, I found it a little expensive for what it was but not overly. Visit lasted around 90 mins. Staff were helpful and fairly quiet. Best for the views at the top

Smooth ride up to the Kasbah, views of Agadir and a bit of fun
Thursday 23rd April we were on an organised Tour of Agadir. One of the features of the Tour was a ride in the DaniaLand Cable Car up to the ancient Kasbah and Oufella on the hilltop.
We arrived at the base station, where our Guide picked up our tickets from there we were led to the platform to gain entry to the Cable Car.
There was a maximum of 8 persons per pod, there was only 6 in ours so there was room to manoeuvre.
There was no waiting time to board the Cable Car, we we loaded on to the second pod to enter the station.
Our journey times was roughly about 12 minutes up to the hilltop station 236 metres above sea-level. It has a route length of approximately 1,700 metres.
The fare was included in our Tour price but at the ticket office we saw that the return fare was 130 Dirham, roughly £10.50.
As our pod commenced it's ascent we got views over various parts of the City including it's beach and Port. We could also see the roadway and the snaking pathway leading up to the summit
Our Guide was with us in our pod, he informed us that a park area, that we passed over, was used for celebrations like Eid. As we sailed over we could make out the words that were painted in the ground, "Shine your light and let the whole world see"
Both station were spotlessly clean as were the pods.
It was an enjoyable experience with some good views of the area.
