Once collected from Dublin city, we travel to The Scenic Dublin Mountains area where we spend the afternoon visiting a variety of charming local Pubs located in the beautiful Dublin Mountains.
Our 1st stop is a cosy friendly local pub at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains, where our small group (Max 15 people) can enjoy the local craft beer or traditional Irish beverages whilst getting to know their fellow pub tourers.
Johnnie Fox's Pub originally a farm house is one of the most unique pub you'll very experience. Know for diverse traditional style of decor & fantastic Irish Music. You have the opportunity to have a delicious lunch here while enjoying live traditional Irish music & some very tasty beers too.
Know for the best views of Dublin Bay & surrounding area, this friendly local pub is the perfect last stop where you can enjoy the spectacular views, great Guinness and warm fires on a chilli day.

I have been on this tour multiple times as it is my favorite tour in Dublin. Shane is a man of outstanding character and wit. He will have you laughing throughout. The 3 pubs each have their own character and are well worth visiting. You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Shane!
All I can say for this trip is: JUST BOOK IT! This was so much fun! Sean our guide, was fantastic. He explained pub culture and the beer we could experience. We also were in a small group and had a very nice time meeting and talking with our fellow tour participants. Sean created this warm and friendly environment from the start. The pubs were lovely and the beer was great!
If you’re looking for a nice afternoon at some local pubs outside of Dublin, this experience is for you. Shane was very knowledgeable, upbeat, and friendly. We enjoyed this experience and would do it again! On a side note, this experience is great for those with decreased mobility as you are dropped off right at the pub!

This was a great tour. Shane was very informative, provided a great narrative and we had a fabulous time. The 3 pubs were perfect with each one showing their distinct personality/ ambiance. 100% recommend and would book again if/ when we return to Dublin

This was my third time taking this tour. It’s my favorite! Shane was our guide,and he’s the best. I don’t know how he keeps everyone name and engages them. He’s an excellent driver too. I told Shane I’ll see him next year when we come for the Ryders cup! With some other family members for him to meet! This is the one tour that I will not miss. Can’t wait to go again!

I highly recommend the country pub tour with Shane. We went to three pubs in the countryside just outside of Dublin and they were all expecting us and had reserved tables. The tour group was small and friendly and Shane was an informative, friendly and fun tour guide. Shane had a happy group, singing Irish toons on the way back to Dublin. This tour was perfect as we wanted to see a bit more of Ireland other than Dublin.
