We left for the Ha Giang Loop as a couple at the beginning of October and this agency allowed us to have an experience that was not at all touristy and complete with every comfort. We had the opportunity to sleep in a tent by the river and to go kayaking in the morning at 7, always accompanied by two guides attentive to every detail and ready to satisfy our every need. I think you cannot have a better experience!!
My experience was amazing! Our group was very small, and we all had different ages, which made the experience even more special and enriching. We visited beautiful places where it felt like we had them almost just for ourselves. Our drivers always made us feel safe, and our guide, Hong, was always taking care of us and giving us different options so we could choose what felt best for us. I really loved that we could be ourselves and enjoy the experience in our own way. I was also very happy to have a female driver, Bhu, who always took care of me and made me feel safe. I absolutely loved having her as my driver! Without a doubt, I would recommend this experience. It was truly special, and I will always remember it! ❤️

Highly recommended for a less crowded and slower experience that really allows you to take in the best of Ha Giang with hidden spots most other tours do not go to. Chang was our guide (and Chu my driver) and they kept us safe, informed and really took care of us on the trip.
Even though the trip did not follow the itinerary marketed, the guides were very experienced to choose the better route for our safety. The trip was very worth. The days gets better everyday. Special thanks to Phuong being a caring agent and Chang for being an awesome rider.

Awesome experience would 100% recommend for someone who is looking for a true Vietnamese experience. Organizers and easy riders are great! Special thanks to Phuong for the organization and clarity, our tour guide Leo, and our drivers Cho and Hoi who have truly been amazing, always kind and putting customers comfort and fun first. Throughout the trip we had the impression that other tours were formed of larger and busier groups so we would recommend Ha Giang Expeditions for a more tailor made and personalized experience.
THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! From the day we booked, the company were super informative and excellent at communication. If we had a question they were easily contactable via WhatsApp and responded super quickly. They were able to answer any questions we had and also accomdated our requests such as leaving at a different time on day 3. When we arrived at Mr Thien’s home stay it was beautifully clean. We stayed in a private room which Mr Thien build himself during Covid!! So impressive. The shower was perfect, and the bathroom had everything we needed such as shampoo etc. On the morning of Day 1 of the loop, Mr Thien made us home made breakfast which was super fresh and yummy. It was so filling and just what we needed before a day of riding. We said our farewell to Mr Thien and Phoung and met with our FANTASTIC drivers Hong and Va who were so friendly and made us feel assured! Our drivers had done the loop countless times and were so experienced. I was felt quite nervous before doing the Ha Giang loop but honestly within the first 20 minutes all of my nerves were gone and that is down to Va and Hong. This is such a good company to go with!! If you can then request these drivers!! Hong and Va were so kind to us throughout the loop. Both were extremely knowledgeable and were able to speak to us with very good English. They showed us to lots of different places and were able to answer all of our random questions. Whilst we were riding on the loop, they drove at a safe speed to make sure we felt comfortable throughout. They consistently asked us if we were okay or if we needed to rest regularly. We made many stop breaks to take in the views and to relax if we needed to. Hong and Va also made sure we got the BEST photos!! The homestays (Hotels/Hostels) were all super clean and welcoming which helped us relax after long days of driving. Each morning the drivers asked us what we would like for breakfast which was really kind. Every meal we had was honestly so good. The restaurants were super clean and all the food was fresh/hot and tasty. We were able to experience so much of the culture in local villages to waterfalls to hiking to linen factories. We never felt pressured to buy anything at any of the stops which was also so nice. Ha Giang Expeditions company is especially good for those who aren’t big on the partying scene, still want to enjoy a drink (alcohol or not alcohol!) and want that personal experience within a smaller group! Book this if you want the best experience of your life!!
Unbelievable experience. The small private company are amazing, private drivers, we didn’t have to worry about anything at all throughout our trip. It was very well organised and taken to some of the world’s best views. Also very organised when communicating across, perfect for a solo, couples, friends, family. Make sure you choose these guys. Recommended highly, lovely people. Food is unbelievable. Big shout out to Va and Hong our riders. The best! We will be back!
