Our first visit to Adelaide and we chose a river cruise as a way of getting to know this beautiful city. It was a cold, rainy day but we were comfortable and dry on board Popeye. The commentary was fun and informative with lovely views along the way. This is an excellent activity for visitors, the only downside being the amount of rubbish which had accumulated in parts of the river 😢
The tour itself was great but the river was dirty and not full enough to do the normal route.
Had a great tour on Popeye 111, the captain and crew were fantastic and informative
Mainly a relaxing and informative cruise for about 45 minutes. Unfortunately the river and "lake torrens" needed a good clean up. There was a lot of debris near the weir and near the Zoo.
A refined and enjoyable way to spend time on a rainy day — cruising along the Torrens while remaining completely dry and comfortable. The crew were helpful and informative.
Nice little jaunt up and down the river for 50 minutes. The staff were really friendly and informative. My only suggestion would be an additional speaker at the rear of the boat as it was really hard to hear the commentary above the engine and people chatting.
Should be space for capturing video Pics🥲
Very pleasant and enjoyable way to introduce us to the city of Adelaide. Interesting and witty commentary and Devonshire tea was delicious.
Comfortable boat, knowledgeable operator friendly staff. We had difficulty finding somewhere to park. Being on the river the cruise was smooth and relaxing.
The cruise was very enjoyable with a great crew and plenty of information explained as we cruised along And the kids got to skipper and blast the horn and pose for some fun photos
