It was great! The guy's full of personality. He makes the tour super memorable. Full of different kinds of informations. The tour was free so i was olaning on not paying but it was so good I feelt I have to pay to support this.
We really enjoyed our tour with Steve. He made the information and area easy to understand & shared a lot of what he loves about Brugge. We would recommend this to couples and families. He's also a balloon artist & our kids enjoyed the balloon bears at the end!
There are various ways of sharing knowledge, but when Steve Atkeson delivers, you never forget. He's the kind of guy who would be first on your dinner guest list. He puts all his followers, (yes we have to follow him otherwise what's the point?) at ease from the off. He has us all in the palm of his hand. He's a seasoned performer, waxing lyrical with a warm lived-in voice akin to a combination of Jeff Goldblum and Walter Mathieu. He's a one-man tour-deforce. Not to be missed. Highly recommended. Steve was an amazing guide! He told us so much history about the city but in a fun, interactive way! We were traveling with kids, 14 and 12, and this was our fourth country we visited. After almost two weeks of travel and many tours, it can be difficult for kids to stay engaged but Steve made it so great and they said they would have been happy to have it be longer! All four of us decided Bruges was our favorite visit and Steve was a huge part of that!! We want to come back for sure!!!
Our food tour with Steve from Across Bruges was one of the highlights of our stay in Bruges. We tasted a wonderful variety of local Bruges specialties while learning fascinating history along the way. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and an excellent guide. The tour was well organized, fun and an outstanding value. Highly recommended!
Steve was brilliant. He’s really fun, knowledgable, super personable and includes you in the tour. I’ve done lots of walking tours in lots of cuties and his was hands down one of the best. Plus, he got us waffle samples, chocolate samples and recommended great places to eat and drink. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would nightly recommend it anyone visiting Bruge.
Super great tour. Best tour guide ive had. He was very funny and explained the tour in a very fun way, not the typical tour. He gave us a lot of free samples so we try authentic food and took us to so many different places. He gave fun facts. I would SUPER recommend you have your tour with him.
Steve was an excellent guide and made the tour interesting and fun. Would highly recommend while in this beautiful city.
