We would like to thank our guide Asif, he was always friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the tour.
This tour is operated by Dubai Executive tours and it can be better managed . Our tour guide/ driver was Sherooz . The 1st stop was the mosque at Abudhabi.. he told us to come back in 1 hour . We came back after 1.5 hrs as there was lot of crowd and 1 of our family member had tummy upset so some time in bathroom. We hence missed the visit to emirates heritage village as it closes between 12-3 pm as it was friday. . On challenging the driver he said we had not listened to his advice for 1 hour visit at mosque . He never told us that the village will close at 12 pm, just mentioned to finish the tour of the mosque in 1 hour. Not divulging full info is not acceptable . For ferari world he came with us to help with tickets and it was a frustrated wait near the gate. All the tickets sent by the Parent tour company were already pre used and would not scan at the gate . Ultimately after 40 min when we asked him to get it sorted , he told us that he is a “ freelancer” and we should talk with the main company. Standing there i had to track the parent company , get their number and call them to ask for help. The lady mentioned that she will re send a new batch of tickets.. so we entered the ferari park 1 hour later than expected , This is not something i would expect of a tour which advertises on viator, I will ask viator to check the companies they allow to advertise on their site. I understand that it mentions that the guide is not a certified one and we never expected one but the fact that we missed the emirates villages visit due to not being given full info and the hassle at Ferrari world was not acceptable. The rest of the tour was ok. I will not recommend this company tour .
