The dive location is...
The dive location is spectacular, but the instructor does not give any instructions. I was hoping to learn how to snorkel better but he did not give any input. He was on a mission to take pictures. He didn’t even wait to see if our masks were appropriate, mine was not. I wanted to know how to dive down. He was t around to give input. I would highly recommend the location but not the instructor

Hello, I’m sorry you had a disappointing experience. However, it sounds like this review may have been intended for another company, as there is no male instructor employed with Scuba & Snorkel.
That said, we agree that proper instruction, mask fitting, and attentive in-water guidance are essential to a safe and enjoyable snorkeling experience. We personally fit each guest with gear, with emphasis on the mask, before entering the water and stay focused on comfort, technique, and safety throughout the tour.

Great Family Experience
A wonderful family experience. Laura was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. She exceeded all our expectations. From her initial contact and follow up until we left, Laura demonstrated professionalism and caring for her clients. Her commitment to educating and informing us about under sea life was inspiring. Highly recommend for anyone interested in snorkeling. We will certainly come back again and do the SCUBA tour.

Laura was very patient...
Laura was very patient with the kids. Making sure they were comfortable with the snorkel gear before taking us out into deeper water. She provided wetsuits that helped float.

Very upsetting
Very upsetting looking for our gide to take us no phone number to call any one and no number for VIATOR waited for a good half an hour and then we gave up and left .I would love to talk to someone about this

Too bad there isn't an Bull Ship Meter build into every review that measures the veracity of each persons experience. Why is it that all my other 5 star reviews seem to be able to follow directions and show up, on time as well as cooperate fully? That's because they read and you don't. You gave Expedia your credit card and they do NOT refund people that are No shows. Thank you so much for ruining my day as I could have booked someone else in your time slot at 1 pm. My track record of 5 star reviews is evidence that my tours are on time and follow the highest standards of quality and depth of experience.

Amazing experience
So many fish, sea turtle, sting ray, star fish, octopus. It was amazing. Laura did an awesome job bringing us on this adventure. Best snorkeling I’ve ever been on.

An Unforgettable Snorkeling Adventure!
Our snorkeling trip was absolutely amazing! It was just the three of us—two adults and our 8-year-old—and it couldn’t have been a better experience.
From the start, our instructor was fantastic. Not only was she super knowledgeable about the local marine life, but she was also patient, friendly, and made sure we all felt comfortable, especially our little one. She took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
The location was perfect—right near the shoreline, so we didn’t have to go too far out to see an incredible variety of fish. The water was clear, and within minutes of getting in, we were surrounded by colorful fish swimming right past us. It was like being inside an aquarium!
Laura was a perfect fit for our family.

Fun Family First
We had a great time learning how to snorkel from Laura! She was great with our kiddos and helped us every step of the way. We saw some amazing fish and made some special memories. We will definitely come back to Laura next time we are in the area to explore more!

Fantastic experience
Haven't snorkeled in over 20 years and have to say this adventure was the highlight of our trip. Laura's knowledge and experience made us feel safe and we learn so much, especially the kids. The included wetsuits were a bonus since water was a bit chilly! Really enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely do it again.
