Cat was amazing. We had soooo much fun. She kept us entertained and explained what we were doing all along the way. We made several types of pasta and tiramisu. We tasted some great wines and enjoyed a beautiful location with amazing food and wine! Thank you Cat!

We took the cooking with Alexandra she was exceptionally. Her technique was simple and so very delicious.we loved every minute and learned a lot. The setting was beautiful. We have taken other cooking classes but this is the best. We highly recommend it

Wow, what an excellent, top notch experience! From the venue (a 14th century, preserved castle!), to the cooking experience with Kat with a view (incredible), and the history of the property (still family run and lived in) from Sarah… this exceeded our expectations. Such fresh, quality ingredients, and wine tasting/pairings! I’m so glad we booked this. And they were especially patient and accommodating with us running slightly behind due to driving in from Florence. I don’t know what else to say other than BOOK IT! Exceptional value.
