Had a phenomenal experience at Brunello— the class was both educational and so so fun, the views are priceless, and our instructor, Cat, was such a sweetheart— she went above and beyond to be sure my friends and I had the best time ever <3

We learned so much about how to make tagliatelle, ravioli, and tiramisu and how to replicate the experience in our own homes thanks to Cat! Cat was the best guide through this experience, we couldn’t have asked for a better chef!

I'm an American who's lived in Rome for years, which means I've become insufferably picky about two things — pasta and authentic Tuscan experiences. This class passed both tests with room to spare. No tourist-trap theater here; it's the real thing, in an actual castle, with wine made steps from where you're rolling dough. Cat was the star — genuinely hilarious, warm, and her English is flawless, so nothing gets lost between the flour and the Brunello.
Alexandra was absolutely incredible as our cooking host! We came as a family with our 6 & 7 year old kids. They were fully engaged the whole time and absolutely loved the hands on experience. They were included in tasting, mixing, rolling, cutting and asked loads of questions. For the adults Alexandra kept the wine flowing and told us amazing cultural insights into the region and country. Everything was very familiar and she handled our inexperience very well. The location is great as well, not pretentious in the slightest, very homely and welcoming. Ima gave us a great historial tour of the grounds and property before the class which gave a lovely context to the region and taught us more about the wine production. Not cheap but well worth the money. One of the highlights of the holiday!

Alexandra was great and Ima gage a great initial historical tour. Honestly one of the coolest things and lost well done things we've done in Italy. Great for kids too they had a lot of fun.
