Very nice. Relaxing and extremely informative. Beautiful scenery and watching huge container ships come in was also interesting. Narrator was veri knowledgeable.
Boarding and getting off were smooth. It was surprisingly busy for a Thursday, but there were plenty of benches and tables, plus bars with reasonably priced drinks. The views weren’t spectacular, but it was a lovely way to unwind. My only criticism was some of the commentary. A joke about cargo ships needing someone who speaks “good English” to enter the port, along with a few other jokes and expressions, felt outdated for 2026. I would have enjoyed the tour more without those remarks. Overall, though, I’d still highly recommend the cruise!
It was very easy to book the trip. The crew was great and it was very clean. The captain was very informative during the trip. Thank you for a wonderful trip.
We enjoyed our river cruise. Tour guide did a wonderful narration!
Rain or shine this is a must do activity when you visit Savannah, GA. The captain provided an excellent history of the Georgia Queen and the various ship, businesses and landmarks on the riverfront.
Fun, informative, good history , great views, plenty of seating. Food drinks bathrooms all were easy to use and readily available. Definite do!
Just an average tour on a neat ship. Information was good. Facilities ok, drinks way overpriced. Would pass next time in town.
Went for lunch cruise. Food was average-chicken was dry. The Savannah riverfront is not very interesting and it definitely isn’t pretty. If you just want to take a ride for a couple hours it’s fine. I’d just do the tour and skip paying for the food. The narrative was full of info that I didn’t find interesting, but maybe that’s just me. Wish I had just taken a walk down the riverfront and eaten at a good restaurant instead.
Narrator was very good and knowledgeable, but it is in a busy port and there's not as much to see as I was thinking. We left late due to a big container ship leaving before us. It was though a good way to hear some of Savannahs history
