Nice experiences
If you care about food and wine, this is the right way to see Italy. The meals felt curated rather than random, and the wine experiences were personal, not commercial. We had several meals where we said, 'we never would have found this on our own.

Enjoy the moments
The Northern Italy portion was the highlight for us. We expected Lake Como to be amazing, and it was, but Valtellina surprised us even more. Mountain views, local wine, long lunches, and no feeling of being rushed. Dominic knew when to explain things and when to just let us enjoy the moment.
