- We offer two upgrades for the 9/11 Museum. You can either tour the exhibits with a guide or get a skip-the-line ticket to visit on your own. If you choose the ticket option, be sure to arrive during your timed entry window as the museum reserves the right to deny admission if you miss this. With both options, you can stay as long as you like after entering. There’s a security checkpoint, and all large bags must be checked.

James was amazing. He did the tour justice, no over dramatisation of what happened just spoke very genuinely about the day in 2001, the memorials and what it meat when New Yorkers all came together
The tour was ok, it was very chaotic in the beginning, they weren't sure who should go where. Then our guide Dave was ok, mostly knowledgeable but I have had much better guides for other tours. He was very nice.
