I had an amazing 7-day tour in Sri Lanka with a customized package, and I’m very happy with the service I received. My tour operator, Ms. Sachi was absolutely amazing. I booked my trip at the last minute, but she did a great job customizing my tour and adjusting the itinerary according to my time and preferences. She was always helpful and made sure everything went smoothly throughout the trip. And I was also lucky to have a great driver, Mr. Sandu. He was very helpful, friendly, and made the journey comfortable and enjoyable. I especially loved the hill country of Sri Lanka, mainly because of the beautiful scenery and cool climate. The beaches were also very beautiful and relaxing. I had a little trouble with my visa at the beginning because I accidentally applied through a scam app with some missing details. Thankfully, the tour company helped me sort everything out and assisted me with getting the visa completely free of charge. I really appreciated their support during that stressful situation. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this service to anyone planning a trip to Sri Lanka. Our family recently traveled through northern Sri Lanka and the beautiful hill country, and it was such a unique experience. It was completely different from what we're used to, and we loved every minute of it. Sri Lanka is truly a beautiful country with so much to see. His knowledge of the tea industry was particularly interesting, and we learnt so much throughout the journey. There were so many memorable moments, but a few stand out. We loved the home-style cooking class, which gave us a real taste of Sri Lankan life. The beautiful train journey to Ella was every bit as stunning as we'd hoped, and the safari was an unforgettable experience. We came away with wonderful memories and a much deeper appreciation of Sri Lanka and its people.
