The experience was sensational!!! Osman helped me put together a tour that was not part of what was offered, which meant it was custom-made. Everything was perfectly and professionally synchronized. Additionally, although the last day in Istanbul was planned as a free day (therefore without paid excursions), he offered to take me to different places in the city (from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.)! The experience was super interesting because I accessed more "local" and less touristy places. I must emphasize with great emphasis that Osman always, without fail, responded to my messages immediately, both before and during the trip. Additionally, it was a very relevant detail that, as a woman traveling alone, she contacted me every day to ask how things were going. Without a doubt, I would choose this company again.
