We did the 7-day tour and added a couple more days to go along the Route of the Sun to Puno. With some specific modifications at our request. They coordinated everything to perfection. The service was impeccable and unsurpassable. Everything coordinated to perfection. Transfers, tickets, super punctual in all cases, the guides and drivers were super attentive and friendly. All the hotels were impeccable. Truly an extraordinary experience. As a side note, we left a mate kit behind without knowing if it was at the hotel in Aguas Calientes or on the train back to Cusco. They took care of locating it on the train and getting it to us at the hotel in Puno! The other end of the country! Truly surprising service! A 20 out of 10. Thanks to the Eco Tour Cusco team.

From the very first moment, they were present for all kinds of inquiries. It was a family trip for my mom's birthday, and at the hotel in Cusco, they welcomed her with a cake; it was a very nice gesture. I highly recommend it; they take care of everything at a good price, and you just get to enjoy the vacation. And Victoria is a genius, always attentive.
