7 Day Classic Tanzania Safari Experience

We recently returned from a safari organized by Wanyama African Safaris, and it was simply extraordinary. Our itinerary included Lake Manyara, Tarangire, Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater — a perfect balance of landscapes and wildlife encounters. Every lodge we stayed in was comfortable and beautifully located, and the food was consistently delicious. Our guide, Rondasy, deserves the highest praise. His deep knowledge of wildlife and ecosystems, combined with his professionalism and genuine kindness, turned the experience into something truly exceptional. He anticipated our needs before we even expressed them and always went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. From a European perspective, where expectations are often quite demanding, his work quality could not be improved in any way. Congratulations to Wanyama African Safaris for their flawless organization and for having such an outstanding team. This trip has been a dream come true and a memory we will cherish forever.

We did the 7-day camping safari with Wanyama African Safari and are absolutely thrilled – highly recommended! Every single day held a new highlight. The order of the national parks was perfectly chosen and ensured a steady increase. Each national park had its own unique charm, both in terms of scenery and wildlife, and the diversity impressed us. Camping in the middle of the national parks was an adventure and an unforgettable experience. The nights in the wilderness, surrounded by nature sounds, were unique. The equipment was provided. The sanitary facilities and lounges were simple but perfectly adequate. The Service was also excellent: During the trip there were always enough drinks and even charging facilities for our devices. Special praise goes to our guide Rashid: With 10 years of experience as a safari guide, he has an impressive knowledge of the animals and the entire flora and fauna. No matter what question we had, Rashid always knew the answer. Due to his high level of expertise, he discovered even the smallest animals from a distance, knew the usual whereabouts of the animals and knew all the ways. Rashid was incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. He also gave us many tips, took great photos and responded to our wishes at all times. His English skills are excellent and he always drove very safely. With Rashid we felt in good hands at all times. You can really trust him 100%. Another highlight was our own chef Abdul: He spoiled us with varied, fresh and super delicious food at a high level. Even for lunch there were partly hot foods that he had already prepared for us at night. The organization was also smooth: Communication in advance about Shabani went absolutely uncomplicated and we always got a response quickly. The transfers also worked well. In summary, we were really very satisfied, collected unforgettable impressions and would book this safari again at any time.
