We had an amazing time in Jordan and everything was organized so perfectly by the agency. Basma went above and beyond to meet our needs and create the best itinerary for our 7 day trip. From Day 1 when we contacted her right until the end of our stay she was always a message or phone call away ready to help us with anything that was needed. We also had the pleasure to meet up in Amman. It is a difficult time in the Middle East due to the war and unfortunately not all information we receive from the media in Europe is accurate causing people to be scared and hesitant to visit. Jordan is a super safe country, never once did we feel intimidated. Jordanian people are the friendliest I have ever met around the world. We nearly delayed our trip to Jordan because of what we were hearing on the news but are so thankful we didn’t. We would have missed such a great experience (thanks Basma for all the reassurance you gave us). An enormous thanks to our driver Adli Abu Sarhan (Italian speaking). For any Italian individuals, families or groups it’s an absolute must to request Adli as your driver if you want the best experience in Jordan. He was so much fun, easy going, flexible and instantly becomes a friend that you will be sad to say goodbye to. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. Thank you Adli, we will miss you!! We will be back soon

Explore Jordan as soon as you can
Despite the obvious concerns in the area due to the proximity of the war, this trip was fantastic. The lack of tourists meant we received vip treatment and had easy access to all sites and activities. Our tour guide Aladdin was fantastic. I had no idea how rich Jordans history is. Highly recommended.

My family and I visited Jordan for the first time not knowing what to expect. We booked a private tour. Our driver Saed was the Best. We thought we had a loving family member showing us all around Jordan. We wished we had longer time in Jordan with Saed. He was flexible, hospitable, informative and organised everything perfectly. He even organised one of the best tour guides for us in Petra who has written a book.. We highly recommend Saed and his team. Their professionalism was outstanding. Jordan itself was amazing the food the people the culture all fabulous. Definitely going back.

A complete guide to discover deeply Jordan
We had a good experience with Jordan Horizon Tour for 7-days trip. Highlight point: Our driver - Murad is very nice and attentive in the whole journey. The trip was not rush as all and we got to see everything of Jordan, so I really appreciated the planner of Jordan Horizons for creating a reasonable timetable for this experience. The staff always responds quickly to our questions, and the car that the company provide - a Toyota Camry is new and comfortable too. Some improvement points will be mostly about the accomodation quality in Petra (a little bit dirty even though we asked the reception to change it, but the staff was very nice) and the Jeep car condition in Wadi Rum (a little bit old). Tour guide: The Jerash tour guide was perfect, the Petra tour last only nearly 2 hours instead of 3 hours FYI, it still provides us enough information about the old city though. Tips: the tour did not include schedule for the lunch and driving time to the restaurant beforehand, mostly you will need to eat whatever it have on the way, so make sure you make clear about your preference in advance in order to get to eat. Will definitely recommend this tour for anyone who want a comprehensive experience about Jordan.

Bucket list trip to Jordan
My husband and I have just completed a memorable 7 day, 6 night tour of Jordan, booked through Jordan Horizons Tours. Each company member I encountered, either through What’s App or in person, showed a genuine interest in providing a positive experience for us. Aida always provided a prompt response when finalising the booking of our tour, which was followed up by a text from the CEO, Mohammad. We had a smooth and friendly welcome at the airport by ‘meet and greet’ Mohammad. Aladdin, our driver/tour guide went above and beyond to provide a comprehensive and well coordinated tour. He happily answered questions on a range of topics from politics, religion, cultures, customs, history, economics and more. He enjoyed a good chat and laugh along the way which added to the overall experience. I was travelling with medicine which required refrigeration and Aladdin ensured that it travelled safely and that hotels understood our needs. The spot tour guides along the way were also friendly and informative. It was a great time to travel. The weather was still quite warm but not too hot, and the tourist sites were not overcrowded. I will recommend booking this trip with Jordan Horizons Tours to my friends.
