Itinerary
The tour starts with pick-up from your hotel in Cusco. You will travel by minivan heading south until you reach the Andean village of Cusipata, where you will enjoy a nutritious Andean breakfast.
From Cusipata to the quad bike base After breakfast, continue along a narrower and more scenic route until you reach the point where the four-wheelers meet.
Start of the adventure by quad bike The team will give you a brief instruction on the correct and safe use of the quad bikes. Then the tour will begin on a path specially designed to appreciate spectacular Andean landscapes, snow-capped mountains and local fauna.
Short walk to Vinicunca After the four-wheel drive, you will start a short hike to reach the main viewpoint of the 7-Colored Mountain, at 5,200 m above sea level.
Explore the Mountain of Colors You will have free time to enjoy the incredible multicolored landscape, take pictures and learn more about the geology, history and cultural significance of Vinicunca and its surroundings.
Return by the same route You will start the return by repeating the journey: short walk, return by quadricycle to the parking lot, and then travel by bus to Cusipata. Buffet lunch in Cusipata Enjoy a comforting buffet lunch, with options for all types of diet, including vegetarian alternatives.
Return to Cusco After lunch, you will return to the city of Cusco. Arrival is scheduled around 5:30 p.m.
