60-Minute Statue of Liberty Sightseeing Cruise

This was the most unorganized tour we have ever experienced. No proper signs, no assistance from anyone with the company. When reservation was made it stated to report 20 minutes early and since we had never been to NY we made sure to allow plenty of time to arrive. Nobody would help or even knew where to check in on top of the staff arrived 10 minutes past our boating time with no apologies just instructing a very confused group. This experience was one of the worst experiences and would never book through this site again.

Total bad and unprofessionally arranged trip. We arrived 15–20 minutes before departure, exactly as we had been instructed, but were told that the boat was overbooked and that we could not come. At the same time we received no clear information as to whether we could come with the next flight or get our money back. We were promised that we could come the next day at a time of our choice. When we then met up again, we were once again disappointed and still couldn’t come along. It ended up being a total waste of money – both for the trip itself and for the transport back and forth twice. And we were far from the only ones in the same situation. Can in no way be recommended.

The cruise was 1 hour late, so it derailed our entire plans. But everything else about the tour was okay.

You should have more Marcos or at least one more, I waited 4 hours, it is a lack of respect from 2pm to 6pm.

First our time was pushed, then we didn’t even make it on the boat because the 11:00 hr was waiting for there ride. After standing in the hot sun we decided to walk away. Money down the drain!

DO NOT BOOK!!! We were booked for 5 and didn’t leave till 7! They guy helping us was so mean and would scream at all of us whom were waiting. They make you wait in a single file line STANDING UP DO NOT BOOK WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Waited at the pier as per instruction and boat never turned up! There were several people waiting whose confirmation matched ours and no communication whatsoever. Contacted company and they said to come the next day as they “operate” daily. Epic fail and money lost!

Extremely disappointing experience. I booked a cruise around the Statue of Liberty, arrived at the departure point on time, and waited as instructed along with 20 other guests. The cruise never showed up, and there was no communication whatsoever to explain what had happened or to notify passengers of a cancellation or delay. Our time in New York was limited, and this completely disrupted our plans. What should have been a memorable experience turned into a frustrating waste of time. To make matters worse, I am still waiting for my refund. Having to chase a refund for a service that was never provided is simply unacceptable. A reliable company should communicate with its customers, especially when something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this company until they improve both their operations and their customer service.

The cruise itself was perfect, but the organizing team could do better. Our original reservation was for 11:00 a.m., but it was first rescheduled to noon and then moved again to a later time on the day of the cruise. When we arrived for check-in, no one was available to provide directions or guide passengers. Several people joined the wrong line, missed the correct check-in queue, and risked losing their scheduled cruise time. We thoroughly enjoyed the cruise, but clearer communication and better coordination at check-in would significantly improve the overall experience.
