Tony was the consummate 'tour' guide as well as trip advisor of all things Irish. His knowledge of the history, country and sites to see while avoiding the large tour groups was exquisite with perfect timing too. Felt in good hands throughout trip including where/when to go to dine and listen to Irish music, etc. Was sensitive to our biological needs: eating, resting, etc. like a pro. We highly recommend his firm MunsterBus unequivocally.

It was a wonderful informative 6 day trip. Tony was the excellent tour guide. We couldn't have for a better tour to see Ireland.
This is a wonderful tour of southern Ireland. We saw so much of the beautiful country and Tony was great through all of it. The hotels, scenery, experiences, food... all exceeded expectations. Thanks Tony and Munster bus for a fabulous tour! Highly recommend!
We highly recommend this tour for all levels of travelers. Must be able to walk up & down mild hills, steps to some attraction entrances. The pace is relaxed, and you learn a lot of past & present history at every turn. The beauty is you don't have to think--timing/transport is done for you. The hotels exceeded our expectations and we will defintely refer friends to book with Tony Murphy, Munster Bus Tour. He is the best in the business and delivered us to fantastic views and venues.
Just got back from an amazing trip to Ireland and much of that was due to Tony and this package. All the reviews are spot on about how great Tony is and what a fabulous trip around southern Ireland this is. Definitely loved every minute! Thanks so much Tony and Munsterbus Tours!
Tony Murphy treated us to the best of southern & western Ireland. His professionalism, driving, & historical commentary was only exceeded by his caring for our comfort & safety. We would highly recommend this tour.
Fantastic trip. Tony was great as our tour director. He explained not only the historical background of the sites but also the local charms that this beautiful country offers. Wonderful trip!
Our family of 15 (10 adults 5 kids) recently took an amazing trip around Ireland with Munster Bus, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This was our second trip to Ireland and our second time using a private tour company. Our first trip was great, so we wondered how this one could possibly top it, but Munster Bus definitely did! Cathy was great from the start, always quick to respond and helping us put together an amazing itinerary. Then there was Tony, our driver and tour guide for eight days, who really made this trip what it was. He’s a proud Irishman, and you can tell how much he loves his country and his heritage. He took us to the typical places but also brought us to a lot of places we never would have found on our own. Those off-the-beaten-path stops ended up being some of our favorite parts of the trip. Our group ranged from kids as young as 10 to adults up to 74, and Tony somehow managed to make the trip fun for everyone. From beach swims and castle visits to teaching the kids about hurling, he was always making the trip more memorable. The whole Munster Bus team also went above and beyond with the little things. On our first trip, getting dinner reservations for a group of 11 was always a struggle. This time, the Munster team made sure we had reservations for all 15 of us every night, which we really appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about Munster Bus. They’re professional, they genuinely care about their customers, and they clearly love what they do. Thank you Cathy, Tony, and everyone at Munster Bus for an amazing eight days and memories our family will have forever. COME ON THE KINGDOM! ☘️🇮🇪
Our 6-day tour of Ireland with Munsterbus exceeded all expectations! My group consisted of senior grandparents down to an 11-year old, including teenage boys and adults in between. Everyone was able to participate in the tour at their pace and adventure-level. Our tour guide, Tony, always had us at the more popular tourist spots, like Blarney Castle, ahead of other big groups, so wait times or crowdedness was never an issue. Driving time through the beautiful landscapes was perfectly paced with stops for meals, restrooms and a little exploration of new towns. Hotel accommodations were all very nice and well-suited for my family of five people. All of our entrance fees and reservations for castles, boats, and other experiences were handled through the tour and completely stress-free. Our guide even handled dinner reservations for us, always had fantastic recommendations in each town for our free time, and helped us to coordinate meeting up with family that lived nearby. He shared knowledge of the Irish history and culture, all with a bit of humor along the way!
Just completed a 7 day Ireland tour with Munster Bus Tours. We were a family of 15 from the US with ages between 11 and 73. To say it was amazing would be an understatement. The company was very receptive to our needs from day one and easy to communicate with. They made suggestions but were supportive to any additional requests or changes we had. Although the company was excellent their shining star was out tour guide Tony Murphy. Tony was very knowledgeable as he grew up in Ireland, but was also funny and fun thru-out the whole tour. He also made dinner reservations each night to assure 15 people could all dine together in popular resturants. I give Munster a 10 out of 10 as you cant give an 11. If you do utilize them make sure to request Tony, he became a part of our family and we were sad to say goodbye.
