- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants. Otherwise, your tour may not be confirmed.
- When booking your flight from Lima to Cusco, it must be in the morning.
- Upon time of booking, please provide flight itinerary for international flights and domestic flights
- Important: If you go suffer from altitude sickness, please bring medicine or ask your doctor for advice before you depart
- Machu Picchu has implemented new visitor circuits, with three main routes with specific differences to distribute passengers in various areas. These changes are intended to improve the visitor experience and preserve the integrity of the archaeological site. The circuit with route 2 will be given as priority and if it is not available, the options of taking circuit 3B or circuit 1B will be informed so that you can confirm your decision before the tickets are issued.
- The admission ticket of Machu Picchu is NOT REFUNDABLE and date changes or amendments are NOT accepted. *If you need to change your visit date, you will need to purchase a new entrance ticket.

I want to leave here our gratitude and our appreciation for all the staff who took care of our trip through Peru. From the very beginning, all our translation, reception, organization of the tours and schedules was conducted exceptionally. Everything very organized, with punctuality, responsibility and, above all, a lot of concern for our well-being. A special highlight for the days of Machu Picchu and Colorful Mountain. My wife went badly during the walks and we had all the necessary support. The guide was with us from end to end, helping as possible, always worried, asking if she was well, if she needed anything and offering assistance throughout the journey. This type of care makes all the difference, especially when we are traveling to another country and facing an unexpected situation. It wasn’t just a transportation service or a ride: we felt like they were really taking care of us. The schedules were fulfilled correctly, the transfers were very well organized and in no moment we were helpless. Our experience was exceptional and we recommend with our eyes closed! We are very grateful to the entire staff for the professionalism, affection, attention and care throughout our journey. Certainly, when we return to Peru, it will be with you again!

The coordination of the local tourism company was excellent. The schedules were met, and they notified us in advance of what we were going to do. The excursions with guides were very productive since a good explanation of the history of each place is needed. The tourism company Casustravel helped us throughout the trip, always attentive to events. And they advised us on a very complete tour, in accordance with what we wanted to do.
