Reservation - done by WhatsApp communication, link shared to complete online payment. Pick was on time as scheduled Our driver, Sayed, was professional, very pleasant, clean vehicle. Safe driving to the conservation site. We saw gazelles, oryx, sand fish and falcon which was really very beautiful. The meal and evening entertainment was spectacular, we particularly enjoyed the fire show. There was one misunderstanding in our tour arrangement which was immediately addressed and rectified by the COO Mr. Boraik, thank you very much. Our overnight stay was comfortable in a clean tent with comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was a great spread and very delicious. We finished off with buggy rides in the dessert on the way home. I would use this company again and I would highly recommend to family and friends.

From the moment of pick up to the end of the tour the whole experience was delightful. The staff were very polite and accommodating and our driver was fabulous.

The 57 Heritage team is very helpful and kind. The pass their knowledge about all sites you visit together. They were also very clear in explaining in which order the activities would be completed, so I knew what to expect at all times. The entire team did a great work together, and made my experience a great memory! I recommend their services!

There are so many people that work so hard to make sure you have a memorable experience. Our guide was so flexible and attentive, it was like having a butler with impressive skills in dune bashing, photography, and playing tour guide. Our experience included transfers, dune basing, camel rides, sand boarding, Falcon show, head scarves, animal sightings, music, dancing, fire show, dinner, hot air balloon ride, and breakfast. It seems exhausting but it was actually quite refreshing as everything was planned and organized and you needn’t lift a finger. Careful mounting those camel though! A++.
