Natural Beauty, Unique Experience
Gorgeous natural beauty in the Arouca area. For anyone with a fear of heights, the suspension bridge may not be a wise option. But, for those who persevere, the bridge, and especially the Paiva River mountain walkway, is healthy exercise and a beautiful ramble in majestic terrain.
Miguel was our guide and he made everyone in our group feel like old friends. He is fun and funny! The lunch after the walk was generous and very tasty. We also visited a unique, small museum of trilobite fossils and geology which was an unexpected yet quite interesting addition to the day.

L. Petito was a fabulous...
L. Petito was a fabulous guide. It was just my wife and I on the trip. He was friendly, engaged and allowed us time to explore on our own.
He explained the overall trip and what to expect. The views and excitement of crossing the bridge was unparalleled. The quiet walkway along the river was a peaceful experience to enjoy the scenery and Mother Earth.
Petito takes great pride in his homeland and he shared beautiful stories of his life and culture

Fabulous tour
We absolutely loved this tour. The Arouca pastries were delicious, the suspension bridge was impressive, the walk along the Paiva River was fabulous, and to finish the day, we visited Aveiro, the little Venice of Portugal.
Daniel was perfect. He guided us with kindness and genuine care. He took the time to explain the wonders of Portugal to us. He is an excellent driver and guide.

Teresa rocks!
Words not cannot express how great our guide Teresa was. She was more like a friend that showed us around and shared our joy and laughter. Her love for what she does and the Portuguese culture shows. Excellent day trip with Marco
An excellent and full day out on this great visitor attraction. We were collected from our hotel by Marco Botelho, on time and had an excellent day in a small group,of 4 persons. Macro was very informative throughout and had clear knowledge of the area which he shared with us in English, followed then in French.
The bridge walk was lovely, the walkways was also great and a good walk, which does require some level of fitness as there are many steps to navigate.
We decided not to complete the boat ride however Marco took us for a tour around Aviero on foot and showed us the local sights whilst others did the boat trip. Again, Marco was more than happy to impart his knowledge and made the day enjoyable.
The whole day took around 10hrs start to finish and we no complaints at all..Thank you

Adrenaline rush!
The excursion was great and our guide, Miguel, was awesome! A beautiful ride through the Portugal countryside, an adrenaline fueled walk across the bridge, a delicious local lunch with flowing wine, and a boat ride in a canal made an excellent day trip!

Unforgettable experience in paiva & aveiro tour
This tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Portugal! Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish, and the itinerary was amazing. The views from the 516 Arouca Suspension Bridge were absolutely breathtaking, and walking the Paiva Walkways was an unforgettable experience surrounded by stunning nature.
We also loved visiting Arouca, enjoying some free time, and exploring the beautiful coastal scenery at Costa Nova Beach. Aveiro was the perfect way to end the day, with its colorful houses, and unique atmosphere.
A huge thanks to Bea, who was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Transportation was comfortable, timing was excellent, and everything ran smoothly throughout the day.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Portugal. It offers the perfect mix of nature, adventure, culture, and sightseeing. Worth every cent and a truly unforgettable experience!

Amazing
This is a bit late as our trip was back in May, but I just wanted to say, Miguel made this trip to Porto truly memorable. He was attentive, knowledgeable and fun! Felt like we were hanging out with a friend :) definitely doing this again with more friends and family!
