5 Hour Romantic Hawaii Jeep Tour

As everyone can see...this is our FIRST RESPONSE to a unfounded & fabricated negative Review, we appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we break down this REVIEW: Sean Adhikari, First and foremost, we would like to express our deep concern regarding the false contents of your review. After conducting a thorough investigation into the matter, we found inaccuracies and false claims that significantly impact our company's reputation. You say your Review is an "HONEST REVIEW OF THE TOUR"...it is NOT. Contrary to your statements Mr. Adhikari, we take immense pride in delivering exceptional tour experiences to our guests, as reflected in our consistent track record of stellar 5-star reviews over the past decade. Our commitment to excellence is unwavering, and we strive to ensure that every guest leaves with unforgettable memories of their time in Hawaii. You said you only went on a 2 1/2 hour tour with us…With a pickup time of around 9:00AM that means you had been dropped back off at your Hotel at 11:30AM. Perhaps you are not aware of today’s technologies… Upon reviewing the details of your tour Mr. Adhikari, it became evident that your assertions regarding the duration of your tour and the quality of our services are completely unfounded. Our comprehensive GPS system on our Jeep Fleet ensures we know where our Guides and Guests are during their Tour in real time. We know where you are, where you had been and how long you had been at certain locations when the Jeeps are not moving. We also know when guests are dropped off and our Jeeps are returned to headquarters. Our Guide also took timestamped photographs of you which clearly indicate that 2 HOURS after you said you had been back at your Resort at 11:30AM you had been up in the mountains in the rainforest on a short Waterfall Hike with TIMESTAMPED Photos of you at 1:16PM and 1:33PM. How is that possible Mr. Adhikari, if you had been back at your Hotel at 11:30AM??? This completely contradicts your review. We have unequivocal Proof that your review is Deceitful and a Fabrication. You make a clear effort to harm our business, giving the inclination, to future guests, that we took you on a 2 ½ Hour Tour and that we cut your tour short when that clearly wasn’t the case! You also imply, in a public forum, that the tour wasn’t worth the cost because it was so short, even though you knew that was a fabrication. Furthermore, the professionalism and dedication of our guides, who also serve as skilled photographers, ensure that guests receive high-quality photographic memories of their experience. They either use the guests iPhone, for convenience, or their own iPhone to take Pictures of the Customers. The New iPhone 14 & 15 take just as good a Photo as a $3,000.00 High End Camera these days. We never said we have a High Quality Camera like a Canon or a Nikon with us. These are misplaced assumptions you had, no different than the additional 3 hours or so on tour you simply forgot about. Sean Adhikari, I must stress the seriousness of the accusations made in your review. Your false statements not only tarnish our hard-earned reputation but also constitute libel, a serious civil offense that could have legal ramifications. While we sincerely hope to resolve this matter amicably, we would highly suggest the removal of your defamatory review to prevent any further harm to our business. In the interest of fairness and integrity, your Review has also been Screen Captured and Timestamped in case you wish to go back and Fabricate your Review some more. We kindly request that you retract your review and refrain from making any additional false statements against us in the future, which could also potentially damage your own reputation as names show up on the internet all the time and in the near future it could cause issues concerning one’s ethical integrity and honesty. This could all be resolved with the retraction of your Defamatory Review Mr. Adhikari. *In the meantime...If anyone wishes to see these timestamped images of Mr. Adhikari, please feel free to ask for them, as we intend to prove the integrity of our business for all interested parties who wish to book with us in the future.
