The description given by Viator did not match the experience with regard to hotel pick up and drop off. When we originally landed in Hong Kong, even with Viator agent help, we had to wait 4 hours before we received qr codes to board train to city. Order of day tours was changed without explanation. Info for each day was communicated very late the day before. Two out of three day tours we had to make our own way back to hotel at our own expense, even though the viator description said hotel return included. Local tour guides were good. Local tour company was slow to respond to our inquiries and did not fix any concerns. Original hotel was permanently closed and we were not told about hotel change until we inquired. No refunds offered for extra costs.

<p>The pace of the tour is too fast. For instance, we only stayed 45mn at Victoria Peak. It is the same for the other places to visit. In Macau, the pace was even faster... Moreover, the tour takes you to shopping places, where you actually stay longer... However, the guides were nice and the tour was overall well organised. Furthermore, the hotel in HK Regal Oriental is not that nice: closer to a 2-3 star rather than a 4-star hotel. In Macau GrandView - 4-star, the hotel is much better.<br/> In summary, such tour gives you an idea of things to do and see, but you should come back on your own to really appreciate the places.</p>
