Kiwis with Katsu - amazing guides
A fabulous tour of Nagasaki was because of our amazing guides Katsufumi and Junko. We were able to choose what we wanted to do including Museum, Peace Park, Hypocentre and then sushi train at the plaza. Katsu was so knowledgeable sharing with us his years of experience as a guide and teacher at the museum. We felt very honoured listening to his stories. Was such a hot day Junko had cooling towels and adjusted the tour to our pace and needs. A highlight was seeing the korowai at the park gifted by our home country NZ. Although a sombering and emotional place to visit was a highlight for our whaanau. Ngaa mihi (Thank you)

Kia ora,
Thank you very much for joining our tour and for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review. It was a very hot day, so we are especially happy to hear that you enjoyed your time in Nagasaki.
Katsu and Junko also told us what a fun tour it was, filled with lots of laughter. They were very lucky to have such wonderful guests as well!
Many guides in Nagasaki carry a deep and personal hope for peace. The korowai gifted to Nagasaki from New Zealand is something very precious to us, too. It means a great deal to us that your whānau came all the way to Nagasaki and took time at the Peace Park to reflect on peace.
We would be very happy to welcome you and your family back to Nagasaki again someday.
Ngā mihi nui

Great day, Amazing guides!
We had a great time with our two guides. They were very knowledgeable, well spoken and had historical information you otherwise would not hear about! We felt well taken care of, they were very concerned about our well being with high heat! We visited the war memorial, tried some yummy local cuisine , a temple and turned a special request for my wife into finding the perfect purchase we were looking for!

They made traveling around the city by tram easy and stress-free while sharing fascinating stories about Nagasaki's rich history and culture. We visited Glover Garden, the Atomic Bomb Museum, and Peace Park, and their thoughtful explanations brought each location to life. Great day with Rin!!
Our day with Rin was wonderful!!! We got out to the terminal early and she was able to meet us earlier. She was very flexible in our itinerary when it got very hot and my family wanted to get some food and do some shopping after the memorial park. She always made sure we were okay. She was very kind and cheerful and made sure to drop us back at the terminal at the end of our tour. I very much appreciate all
Her help with translating when my mom and I did our shopping.
