The tour is the most complete you will find; the 3 days to Merzouga do not feel long at all, the people are super friendly, everyone helps you when you need it, and everything is very easy. I particularly recommend doing the extra quad tour, as I believe you can see things that you would otherwise miss. The tour through the Todra Gorges is also very cool. I believe I was very lucky with the guides I had; I got Moha and Hassan, and I could not have been luckier. They were very friendly, full of laughter, and explained everything very well. Additionally, they take you to eat at cool places and do whatever you need. An unforgettable experience.

I went on a 3 days tour with Esmail in 2025 Sep 24-26, he’s a caring and funny guide very attentive. He made me feel the hospitality of Moroccan. 👍🏻 Even I’m travelling on my own, my other 16 group mates are very kind, caring and fun. Esmail keeps a good vibe for the group and I never felt I’ve been left alone. It’s a long long way to the Sahara but it’s all worth it. The ride on camel 🐪, sunset & sunrise in the desert, the starry sky, bonfire and even a surprise birthday cake for a group mate, it’s all amazing, fun and unforgettable.

1. The booking page said 15 travelers maximum. We had 18. 2. The booking page said 4 day tour from Marrakech to Fez. They didn’t clarify that you’d be the only one who would be left to stay in the desert for another night and do the “activities” by yourself the next day. Because most travelers(in my case, that’s everyone) will go back to Marrakech. 3. We didn’t really get the chance to see nature or take pictures. We were taken to many shopping stops and were kept there for long time to see blankets, argan oil, pictures, or whatever. Then when we tried to stop for pictures in the nature, we were told to follow the group. No stop for pictures. 4. The first castle tour guide wouldn’t tell you until after the tour that you need to pay for the tour. 5. The buffet lunch only includes one drink, which they again didn’t clarify until they ask you to pay. As a result of unpleasant experience above, I cut my trip short and left the desert on the third day. Bcz there’s no real activities if I stay for another night by myself. “Visiting nomad family” is just another shopping stop. On my way back, I see other travelers from different groups on my van, were forced to connect to WiFi to leave a 5-star review when they watched them typing. The travelers were pressured to put down the driver’s and guide’s name to give 5 start review. In one sentence, I wouldn’t recommend this tour to my worst enemy, and I think Morocco has to work on its tourism regulations instead of treating us like a piece of meat to prey on.

On rare occasions during peak dates, two groups may overlap at shared accommodations or stops, but all logistics and seating arrangements are properly managed with guest comfort in mind. Tour Direction (Marrakech to Fes): You booked a 4-day tour from Marrakech to Fes, which was honored as described. Other travelers opting to return to Marrakech is not something within our control, and does not change your itinerary. Your choice to leave the tour early was personal and not due to any failure on our side. The tour consists in visits to traditional cooperatives and cultural sites that complement each other. Photo Stops vs. Cultural Stops. The itinerary makes rather obvious these points. Our guides structure their time in line with the whole group's agenda; unexpected photo pauses are seldom for practical and safety concerns. Local Guide Fees: The only guide not included in the tour price is the Ait Ben Haddou village guide, which is standard across all tour operators and is clearly stated. The guide for the Oasis region is included. Tipping is completely optional and not mandatory — guests are free to refuse the service or tip according to their satisfaction. No pressure is placed on travelers, and refusing to tip does not result in any negative treatment. Buffet Drink Policy: One drink is included with the lunch menu, which is clearly stated. Any additional items ordered are the guest's responsibility. As for the accusation that travelers were “forced” to leave reviews: this is completely false. Our team does not pressure guests to write reviews, and we take such claims seriously. Our drivers and guides are dedicated professionals who act respectfully at all times. Your demand for a refund was denied because the tour was delivered as described and your decision to leave early was voluntary. Following that with a damaging review — containing multiple exaggerations and false claims — is both unethical and disrespectful to the people who worked hard to serve you. The 4 day desert trip in the Sahara desert was truly an amazing experience. It starts with a great road trip with some scenic stops and includes the Unesco site Ait Benhaddou. The second day is also impressive with a walk through an oasis and the incredible Todra gorge. Then from Merzouga, you ride a camel out to the camp, which lasts about an hour. Dinner, sandboarding and great photos of the Sahara desert await you there. The 3 day trip is great, and well worth it, but if you have the time and money, I highly recommend the 4 day. After everyone leaves the next morning, you have some downtime in camp. Very peaceful and relaxing. Around 11, you start out on an excursion that includes visits to a nomad camp, mines, music and much more. The last day, for us, was another road trip to Fes. This included a stop near Ifrane where we fed some forest monkeys. I was very impressed by them. They were gentle creatures, and a lot of fun. One thing I would have done differently. I would have gone with the luxury camp. There, you have your own bathroom, I think. And a nice, shaded bench to sit on. But all in all, we were treated wonderfully. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, and attended to all our needs. I absolutely loved the experience, and highly recommend it!

I had the absolute best experience on my journey from Marrakesh to the desert. Our tour guide, Mohamed Ouzanzoul, did an outstanding job—he was with us the entire time, always open to any wishes or requests. Not only is he a knowledgeable guide full of interesting facts, but he’s also a great DJ, an entertainer and a good partner in crime for some nice talks at the bonfire, which made the trip even more enjoyable. Moha, you‘re a good one! I highly recommend staying for 4 days so you can really soak in the desert experience. With that extra day, we had the chance to spend a full day in the desert—something I will never forget. Beyond camel riding and sandboarding, one of the highlights was the second day, when we spent the whole day in a 4x4 with the locals, exploring the desert landscape. The insights and places we discovered were beyond imagination—we visited nomadic families, enjoyed a private musical performance, and ended up in a breathtaking oasis that words can hardly describe. If you truly love adventure, come to Morocco—especially Merzouga. You won’t regret it!

We travelled 5 friends with our teenage children, a group of 15 was a Super Experience with Hamid as a guide and Brahim as a driver. We had to make changes over time and they always looked for solutions, adapted to what we wanted to do. Highly recommended!

Tour was great. Our guides Said and salah were great, funny and helpful. There English and Spanish is great and they had interesting things to tell about the country, culture and life. I Would do it again. But be prepared for the cold temperatures in February.
