Kaio was a fabulous chef and friend during our cooking class! We learned a ton about the gastronomy of the traditional Brazilian foods we cooked and even more about Brazilian history and pop culture. When we started the class Kaio shared with us that our cooking class would feel like coming home and cooking with our family, and Kaio certainly lived up to the cool chill cousin we’d love to spend time with. The food was awesome and I’m excited to make Caiprinha’s and Moqueca for my loved ones back home.

Do you like cooking? Do you like experimenting new dishes that you haven't tried before? Do you want to have an insight of brazilian cooking and feel it in your hands? Then you'll surely enjoy this cooking experiences, that's for sure. I cooked with Magnolia and another guest for nearly 4 hours (14:30-18:30~) a great variety of brazilian food and drinks: Vaca Tolada, Galinhada, Pavê, Caipirinha, chá mate, pão de queijo... It was intense and I have to admit I'm not the best or the most eagger cook in the world, but the company, the jokes and the chatting made everything super enjoyable. Magnolia guides you through the recipe without pushing you too much or overwhelm you with too many details unnecesary details. She know what has to be done and how to do it, so it was just about following the instructions and enjoy our time. The food was great, we tried everything we cooked until being completeley full and came back home proud of my own worth as a cook, look at that!

We learned to prepare from scratch very traditional Brazilian dishes, like caipirinha, pão de queijo, galinhada, pavé, etc., in a very friendly atmosphere. Then we had the full course meal and desert we prepared. I was surprised how much we could cook in 3 4 hours, under Magnolia s guidance! She was great at supervising and guiding us with a lot o patience. We learnt all of the steps and now we can cook it ourselves. We had a lot of fun!
