- All tours are led by tour guides, and take place on luxury coach buses. Buses are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter. Most buses are equipped with bathrooms
- Limited wheelchair accessibility. Buses are not equipped with wheelchair lifts. Storage is available for foldable wheelchairs. Passengers must be able to get on and off the bus of their own accord. Wheelchairs may be taken out at the stops if desired
- There are several quick step-off points at some of the locations during the tour

Tanner was absolutely fantastic. Not only did he fill the time in extreme traffic, he took amazing photos of my family at every stop.
Brilliant! Tim was our guide and he needs his own stand up comedy show - really!! He was knowledgeable and we made some fabulous memories! The tour was the right length and I’m now going home to re-watch a ton of films I can now say ‘I was there!!’ Top tip: if you plan to go to Ellen’s Stardust Diner - the pick up location - go for breakfast as the queues are non existent beforehand!!

Tanner was our guide & he was fabulous from start to finish. So friendly & knowledgeable, he kept us entertained throughout. He shared his personal experiences from the industry & really brought it all to life. I would highly recommend this tour, you will not be disappointed!
SCAMMED. We took this tour after booking it with our Go City pass. The On Location Tours website requested our debit card number to reserve our spot, and assured us that our card would not be charged unless we failed to arrive for the tour, or booked it more than 24 hours in advance. We booked it the night before and arrived on time. Parker, our tour guide, scanned our passes and the Go City app showed that we attended the tour. Even though the On Location Tours website explicitly said it would not charge our card, IT DID, and we were charged over $140 for a tour we had already paid for. After numerous phone calls and email exchanges with On Location Tours, they refused to give us a refund, and even had the balls to accuse the Go City Pass company of scamming us! Let's not even mention the hot, sweltering, antique tour bus with no air conditioning, or the lack of shocks that made riding through NYC a completely uncomfortable experience. Parker was nice, though.
Interesting tour , traffic was a heavy so a bit laggy , guide was very knowledgeable about the movies and locations on the route maybe a bit heavy on the marvel stuff for me personally but didn't detract from a nice experience
The guid was great, happy and enthusiastic. But the tour is in a very hot minivan you can not see anything from the windows, the bigger problem it did not show much of the New York location. There have been so many movies shot in New York and we so only 3 location and all of them you can see with simple google map no hidden jams nothing. I give this feed with the hope the tour improve even if it is need to be made longer and more expensive. But for know do not expect a lot of it.
The tour was brilliant especially tanner the tour guide. However, the company are awful. Today they have decided $160 out of my account to say we were no shows!!!! We done the tour, left a tip and used our go city passes. I emailed them and all they can say is, we will check with the tour guides. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The tour was good and enjoyed being shown the different buildings and areas that have been used in movies and tv shows, our tour guide Tim was very knowledgeable about different questions everyone has about movies

Give the wrong location on app then no show. Charge 100 dollars for a no show then when you email them they start going on about bring it on we have a file or some rubbish, stay away from them
