Could have been great! Lack of communication and not prepared for weather.
This could have been a great tour, but lack of communication and not being prepared for the weather severely impacted our experience. Initial meeting spot near the cruise terminal was not clear and was not verified in the trip confirmation leading to confusion. Our booking confirmation said we were a “private group” but we were part of a much bigger group on 4-wheelers. It started pouring after stop 3, and we had to drive through a downpour in a buggy without windshield wipers to reach stop 4 . And we had it better off than the rest of our group that were on 4-wheelers. We then missed stops 5-8 waiting for the rain to stop. Other tours stuck at the same spot seemed better prepared and had access to rain ponchos. Although we didn’t get any tour site information at any stop, the guides were very effective at leading us through the city and keeping us safe on the buggy.
Operator response
Apologies for the experience, however you did book a group tour and the meeting point was in your booking confirmation. We can never be prepared for our unpredictable weather there. Please come again and we'll accommodate you.

Great Experience
Excellent ATV tour experience in the Bahamas. Everything was well organized, the route was fun and scenic, and safety was clearly a priority. Our guide AJ was outstanding — knowledgeable, personable, and ensured everyone had a great time. Highly recommend, and definitely request AJ if you can.

Quite a few kinks
The tour itself was good but need to dock one star because they showed up 20+ minutes late without any kind of communication and two additional stars because of the mechanical condition of the buggy. The check engine light was on, transmission was slipping (reverse barely worked) and the side mirror was broken. Also, the description said the vehicle was air conditioned, it was not. Did not even have fans. It was so hot it really affected how much we were able to enjoy the experience. I don’t think the tour was worth what we paid and I wouldn’t book again.

Very poor communication and subpar service
We were told to be in front of our hotel promptly at 8:50 AM for pickup (3 times it was reiterated to us!). When no one showed by 9:15 I called and was told there was an accident and our driver had to take a different route….okay I get that…but you should have called me. Driver finally showed at 9:40. He told us he was late because he had to get ATV’s ready for rental…different story than I was told earlier. The first couple of stops were okay but at 11:30 our driver told us he was bringing us back to the hotel. I said we booked a 3 hour tour and it wasn’t our fault you were almost an hour late. We had not yet gone for food or to Atlantis. We agreed that we would skip the food but still wanted to go to Atlantis. He said he had another tour scheduled after us and couldn’t do that. I told him the other tour was not our problem and to call back to the owner/office as we paid for three hours, not two. He did take us to Atlantis but didn’t really speak to us for a while. We were brought back to the hotel at exactly the three hour mark in the end but I don’t feel that I should have had to fight for what I paid for. At $450, this tour was not worth the money.

No call no show
Horrible place. Made a reservation and was never told the tour was cancelled. Only found out because we called them when they didn’t show up. Therefore, we were unable to book something else. Do not recommend them
Operator response
We attempted to reach you many times prior to inform you that the tour was canceled due to it being a holiday and the stops weren't open. You never answered and called after to time had already passed for your tour. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and your bad experience. Not our fault.

Great Way to See Nassau
We had such a great time with Ben! We’ve been to Nassau several times but never actually toured any of the sights. We had a blast and Ben was a fantastic guide! We had a bit of trouble finding them initially but someone tracked us down and we ended up having a great day! Would absolutely recommend!

Fun time on Nassau Beach Buggy!
We were a little nervous when they were 15 minutes late picking us up, but once they got us we had a great time! We did the beach buggy tour and the other group with us did ATVS. We followed them in the back to keep the group together.
We started at the Rum Cake Factory where we had some free samples, so good! Then over to paradise island and got to rip up some sand. Drove around and saw the resorts. Beautiful island. We went by to see some forts and the Queens Stairscase. Then to the tea store and a strawberry daiquiri tasting.
Ben was our tour guide and he was great. Informative and entertaining. At the end they brought us to a restaurant for lunch (not included), which we all thought would have been better to pass. We were an hour late returning to the dock, but both groups planned to be back with plenty of time. I would definitely do it again!
