Good trip, poor communication and unmet promises
We booked and paid extra for a private tour, which was not delivered as a third participant was added without prior consent.
Additionally, accommodation standards were not respected, as we were asked to pay extra for a private bathroom that was already included in our booking.
Issues were resolved only after escalating the matter through TourRadar.
The itinerary itself was interesting, but transparency and professionalism were lacking.

Interesting trip
Very interesting trip especialy The Nike boat trip ( Many crocodilos and Hypo ) and The Masindi Rhinos sanctuary.

What an adventure!!! Wonderful experiences, perfect organization. We saw all the Big Five. While we were sleeping in the tent, Nile
Despite the long journey, we would gladly go again. The excursions are recommended and we got a fantastic insight into the wilderness of Uganda. The accommodation is simple, sleeping in a tent, cold shower, toilet outside, but with an African feel and good food.

Murchison Falls Trip
We traveled to Murchison Falls with Bosco from Enchanted Uganda Safaris and had a wonderful time. Bosco was an expert at tracking animals including giraffes, elephants and lions. While the Land Cruiser vehicle was a little old and uncomfortable, the experience was definitely worthwhile. We can highly recommended Enchanted Uganda Safaris.

Incredible Uganda Experience
