Unfortunately, I was unable to attend this tour because I suffered a severe kidney stone attack and needed urgent medical attention. I informed the driver as soon as I could, but due to the pain I was unable to cancel properly through the platform. Since then, I have been trying to resolve the situation. The tour operator has not replied to me on WhatsApp, and Viator has not provided clear support or guidance on how to request a refund, especially since the booking is marked as completed. I understand cancellation policies, but in cases of genuine medical emergencies, I believe there should be more flexibility and better support for customers.

It was a great tour ✨ There were a lot of concerns about the heat and security, but thanks to the wonderful guides, drivers, and thoughtful schedule, we were able to enjoy it.
